My daughter requested one of these hoodies for Christmas and sent me the link. BEWARE THESE ARE NOT TRUE ESSENTIALS HOODIES!!!! Thank god my bank blocked the transactions as fraudulent. I called them and they said this website is FAKE!!!!

I would give zero stars if I could! Paid £185 for a tracksuit for a child in care. He was so excited about it. It never arrived. I kept getting emails saying my money would be credited to my bank account in 10 days, it just never happened. I’m going to Trading Standards.

Do not order. Trash. Didn't get half my order. Ones I got was not ones I ordered. Not good quality for price charged. Run and dont look back. Im turning them in to somebody as soon as I find out where to file a complaint

I ordered a tracksuit. Received an email to say order received but no info on delivery date. Chased them. No reply. Only then did i suspect that the goods would be counterfeit. Tracksuit then arrived. Clearly fake, the poorest of quality, inaccurate sizing, no labels etc. Thankfully i purchased through paypal so i set up a dispute and received a refund two days later. Thank god for paypal. The tracksuit was not wearable let alone with £170. Avoid.

Very terrible company and customer service. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again and advise everyone to do the same. Terrible experience.

Is there a star less than one? Don’t order from this company. It’s been over two months and I still don’t have the $150 jogging pants I ordered as a birthday gift. Customer service is non existent and unprofessional. Stay away!!

Ordered the plaid dress. Plaid print on bodice was misaligned on front right and left side of dress by approximately two or three inches. Returned dress as defective. Had to pay return shipping and was not reimbursed for shipping, either way. I think this company is more about ripping off the elderly. Don't buy from them.

Absolutely pathetic service. I ordered a specific hoodie and these clowns sent me the completely wrong one.

Not even close. Tried reaching out to get it sorted guess what? Radio silence. No replies, no help, just pure incompetence. It’s like they took my money and vanished. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being ignored and ripped off. Useless customer service and zero accountability.

Very bad company.I ordered a coat for my husband.I paid 100euro .In the site said was in offer the original price was 200 € .I ordered XXXL and I received a coat which is cheap material and very expensive for what it is.The customer service team not really helpful. Never shop here!! I ordered 3 items: 1 cotton dress $20 1 pair of black shorts $7.00 and one pair of black shoes $25.99 shipping was $28.00. They canceled the dress saying I never chose a color (it was black&white), shoes were delayed to 3/26 and did receive shorts. They are billing me $91.00!!!! Rip off of major proportions considering social media. I canceled shoes and will pay $10 for shorts & shipping. Stay away! Kohls and Bealls are much more customer friendly and have higher quality products.

I ordered some clothing for my grandson for Christmas and it never arrived. I have sent numerous emails with no response. I am going to try and recoup my money from paypal. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

We ordered a men’s size small long sleeve shirt but we received shirt is the size of a men’s XXXL.
Essentials customer service has not responded to our messages for a refund or return option as they claim all sales final.
The size of the shirt is so outrageous and a scam that this company will not exchange or refund our money.

Well I've never purchased anything from these people, how they got my credit card number I don't know but they tried taking a hundred and 9 dollars out of my account, thankfully, my credit card new they was thief's and they never got any money, I would so like to see and meet these people, see who they and what they look like, they say don't resort to violence, well they take money out of my account when I didn't authorize it and never bought anything from them, I'd love to take them in the back yard and beat there ass, seriously I'm not a violent person but these people obviously have no respect for me, so guess what, beat there ass I bet they won't do it again the sorry ass people scamming people like this I wonder how many people did they get money from and scam them, they are either from India or China, it's one of them two, alot of people from India are scamming and China, it's a dam shame and they wonder why nobody likes them, how you can you like or want to talk to someone that's just trying to rip you off, it's a dam shame these sorry ass people can't or won't get a job like the rest of us, no they try and rip us off because they are shit I tell, just plain shit, sorry but these who are scamming every, they need there butkicked and watch them cry like babies and ask you stop kicking their butt well you shouldn't have stoled money from me...it's not the world it's the people in it that ruins beauty and they are everywhere...go get a job you sorry ass people, I'm not rich, like I need every penny I have a d still behind and they want to go on your debit or credit card and take your money, so they have no remorse for us, so if I ever catch I won't have none either, they will wish they never messed with Mr that's for sure.

Ordered a number of dresses. They are extremely thin, nothing like the photo's of the models wearing them. Website states they must be returned to china for a refund to be given, and it will cost 20 euros to post. They give an email address to write to. As yet I've had no response. The dresses are enormous, clearly a fake business sending out rubbish. Don't fall for it. Calling themselves London Essentials as if they are in London, but they are not. DO NOT GET SCAMMED.
