Having used outlook for many years, Epim Pro is not only a full blow European alternative, but it really is also much faster than outlook. Their customer support is absolutely on the bal.

Epim jest najlepszy, ale oczekuję poprawek

Epim jest najlepszym programem tego typu jakich używałem. Wnioskuję o
1. zmienienie lewego menu na takie z bardziej widocznymi ikonami, gdyż teraz jest mało widoczny dla ludzi z gorszym wzrokiem,
2. umożliwienie w w panelu "UWAGI lokalne"wstawiania notatek podrzędnych oraz możliwości kolorowania tytułów tych notatek (obecnie można dodać tylko mało widoczny kolorowy prostokąt)

Thank you for your feedback, we truly appreciate it! Regarding the points you've mentioned:
1. Did you know that you can click on the arrow icon after the last module in the navigation bar to expand it? This should provide a better overview and easier access to the modules.
2. Hierarchical structures are already available within Notes (where you can also apply any color to highlight items). Currently, Lists are not designed to support hierarchy. However, we'll keep a close eye on user requests for this and may introduce it in future versions of EssentialPIM.

New PC Versions Working Well

As the new 12.5 and now 12.5.1 roll out, sync to Android has faltered. However, EPIM is very responsive in trying to fix this issue. This repsonsiveness to work out issues is nice. PC version works great for me and, when suncing, the Droid piece is solid as well.

Incredibly useful software that organizes your life from a very reliable company

Incredibly useful software that really helps to organize your life (schedule, contacts, tasks, passwords, etc) and keep track of all kinds of random information that you might need to easily and quickly find one day in the distant future. I have used it for many years. Software is continuously being improved. I have always received prompt responses to support questions. In my experience this is a totally reliable firm.

Great Software AND Vendor

EPIM is a GREAT personal information manager and is, ironically, also essential.

It has replaced Outlook for years and we have not looked back. While Outlook continued to be more and more reduced in features and even ease of use, EPIM has been doing what big corps only talk about - "Continual Improvement".

Is there still room for improvement? Of course.

But at least I can have confidence they will improve with EPIM. I have literally no confidence in other big brands.

When you add to this the great support, you can't help but have a winner...

True continual improvement - focused on the end user - and great support. Not to mention it is a bargain for the features and they have a decent trial too.

They take no financial responsibility

Bought lifetime license May 6. Up till now it is the best app for me on the email front. But financially it looks like a disaster. Paid an estimated €15 too much, having to do with exchange rate (pound to euro), coupon code, taxes (Fastspring) etc. Contacted sales at EssentialPIM. No reply.

... After this review came a short reply. I had to contact Fastspring. But I have enough of it. So keep in mind the rating is for the very frustrating handling with third (taxing) parties and leaving the customer victimized. A pity.

Finally got email to work since an update…

Finally got email module to work since a version update last year. Solution was to start over in a new database and import all the modules from the previous one.

Mam wersję dożywotnią od wielu lat
Nie podoba mi się szczególnie to, że często program się zawiesza i muszę go zamykać przez menadżera zadań, bo inaczej nie daje się zamknąć.
Ma też swoje zalety, ale dopóki będzie się zawieszał- nie napiszę o nich.

works great for me

i have an much older version, been using it for years, hindsight the lifetime price would have been better choice. I don't use all the bells and whistles but its great for me. the few issues I've had, not working with phone and new laptop because my version is older, were addressed and resolved pretty quickly via email. Thank you!

Missing functions

EssentialPIM Pro:
+ Very good customer support.
- Google Keep is not synchronized.
- Very poor print functions, e.g. for contacts and appointments.
- Has deleted my appointment series on Google Calendar.

I can only print out a single appointment in a rudimentary form. The font cannot be changed and the printout does not contain all fields of the input mask. Why is it not possible to print the input mask?

Individual or multiple contacts cannot be printed at all. It would also be nice if I could print out the input mask.

I have already contacted your support about the sync problems. They couldn't find a solution.

Many thanks for the tips! The printing-dialogue unfortunately does not exist for individual contacts.
With regard to calendar entries, it appears to me to be incorrect when selecting appointments. It would be nice if it could be integrated into the context menu instead of “Instant print” so that a selected appointment can be printed immediately.
You should give up the “Instant print” function.
Update 4: In the commentary above I used "Instant Print" instead of "Quick Print".

Could you please elaborate further on what you find lacking in the printing options? We’d love to understand your concerns better.

Regarding the Google Sync issue, please reach out to our customer support team—we’ll be happy to assist you.

UPDATE: Printing works on a WYSIWYG basis. You can use any available filtering options to filter out the required calendar events and contacts, which essentially functions as an "input mask".

UPDATE #2: Did you know you could right-click on any of the individual contacts and select the Quick Print option? Would that cover your request?

Regarding printing appointments, it's the same process. If you select a couple of them and choose the Quick Print option from the context menu, they will be sent out for printing immediately.
