A very good tool for everyday use and manage time, tasks and informations. I've been using it for years and don`t wanna miss it.

With the new partnership they say they will honor the lifetime licenses but only time will tell how long that will last.

I no longer update the software as soon as a new release is out. There are frustrating bugs introduced with each release that I can do without. I have not upgraded to the 26 version because of my prior experience with rushing to upgrade to new versions.

To this day I still have a frustrating issue with the software that support is unable to reproduce. I contacted support and they brushed my issue off saying they could not reproduce it I was out of luck.

Having used outlook for many years, Epim Pro is not only a full blow European alternative, but it really is also much faster than outlook. Their customer support is absolutely on the bal.

Es läuft problemlos und ich habe alles an einem Ort. Ich benutze es schon seit Jahren und bin sehr zufrieden.

For me, as a pensioner with not much income EPIM gives me exelent free email service. I am a computer system engineer with 25 years experience in mainframe IBM. the program is very good for personal use (I suggest also very good for commercial use)

Ich benutze EPIM seit vielen Jahren. In der Anfangszeit ging es nur um Kontakte, Termine für mein Business also ein kleines CRM. Später sind auch sämtliche Konzepte, Ideen und Projekt-Dokumentation in den Notizen gelandet. Inzwischen bin für meine E-Mail Kommunikation und meinen Passwörtern auch bei EPIM. Für meinen Bedarf gibt es nichts besseres.

j'utilise EPIM pro depuis 2009 pour gérer mon cabinet libéral et je ne pourrais pas m'en passer . En évolution constante, une équipe à l'écoute, cet organiseur concentre tout ce dont j'ai besoin , bref mon meilleur outil de travail.

I have only utilised the free application - for two years now - and it is by far the best e-mail client I have tried. the diary facility is better than Outlook. I am a pensioner on a fixed income and the fact I am still getting this facility for free is remarkable - Thank you EPIM.

EPIM is a great tool, but I'vre found a slight mistake: Colors in the calender are different on the PC and mobile version (I use Android latest version). For example, what is blue on the PC turns to red in my mobile, green on PC turns to blue on mobile.
Colors should not be changed when synchronizing PC with mobile.

Okay, after a bit of patience and time on the learning curve, I like this software. I would have liked "balloon style" info as you run cursor over some of the features which I think could have helped here.
It has strong synchronization with popular cloud services. I'm not too hot on their EPIM Cloud service. I tried this twice and always seemed to run into difficulties but I am happy syncing with dropbox. The interface is highly customizable. Once you invest a bit of time in setting up your categories, labels, screen layout etc., it works rather well. I got a quick reply to a start up problem. I like that with any software. The price for a lifetime license is reasonable. I hope that the software is frequently maintained and updated.

It’s a bit clunky. You can search for something, but if you want to see where that article sits relative to the others, you have to exit the search mode to view it in its actual context. There’s also no way to paste as plain text by default. You can right‑click and choose ‘Paste as plain text,’ but that only works when you’re pasting from the clipboard. The issue is that when you use an app like Ditto, which pastes directly from the app, that option doesn’t apply.

I have tried many similar products, but EPIM is unbeatable.

They update the software regularly however at times these updates introduce bugs that at times require another update right away to fix glaring issues.

Been having two frustrating issues with the software but perhaps because others are not taking time to report the issue is not going to be looked at.

If another piece of software did what I use EPIM for without 2 persistence issues I would switch.

I have been using EPIM for many years. I have always loved it and welcome the improvements. But for me simple is better so I've not changed much in what and how use the software. That why for me it is the best PIM.

Sono oltre 10 anni che la uso. Ha una stabilità granitica ed è un prodotto "vivo", nel senso che i suoi sviluppatori non hanno mai smesso di migliorarlo e di farlo crescere.

Great PIM app with all you need to keep productive and stay on track. A better alternative than Outlook which has degraded over the years but even better due to developer's constant improvement and great support. Great app, responsive support, user focused improvements and reasonable cost... what else can you ask for?
