I ordered a necklace as a gift for my partner with the engraving option. It is an absolutely beautiful neckpiece with a very neat engraving and the overall quality is top notch too. I also like the communication at every stage of the shipping & delivery process, I was kept informed every step of the way. I also like the packaging upon delivery; very well put together.
Essence is a brand I will defintely continue to shop from.

Misleading Shipping Promises and Zero Customer Support
I placed an order on October 11 within their clearly stated same-day shipping window, expecting it to ship out that day as advertised. It’s now been over 72 hours, and there’s been no shipment update and no response to multiple messages sent through email, their website, and Instagram.
Their “same-day shipping” claim is completely misleading, and the total lack of communication feels unprofessional and deceptive. At this point, it feels like a scam, and I’ll be requesting a refund through my bank for services not delivered.

“I’m absolutely thrilled with my rings! They look stunning and have the appearance of real gold, even though they are gold-plated. The finish is neat, and they feel solid and high-quality. Just what I hoped for – stylish, elegant, and beautifully made. Definitely recommended for anyone who wants gorgeous jewelry without paying a fortune!”

Cheap chinese junk, you can literally just find the images on your favourite express apps for 1/5 the price and it would get to you quicker. False adverts, false promises, false gold, false hopes. Do yourself a favour buy something better.
