Hi Edward,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the product wasn’t what you expected.
Our jewelry is made from surgical-grade stainless steel and finished in silver-colored or gold-colored plating, which is stated in the product description. We understand this may be disappointing if you were expecting solid silver, and we truly apologize for any confusion.
If you ordered from us, please contact our support team with your order number and we’ll be happy to look into this for you.
Warm regards,
The Essence Amsterdam Team
Moeilijk contact

Honestly
Honestly, I’m really happy with the quality of the rings. The details are great and they fit perfectly. I love that they look elegant with anything I wear. They’re not extravagant at all — just simple, clean rings with really good quality. I’m genuinely super satisfied with them.

Total scam
Total scam, they ship jewelery from China. I ordered on October 9 and got the package November 4. In the meantime, I asked twice for a refund instead of sending me the items and they did not accept. Avoid.

Impressed with quality
Bought necklaces with the 2 for 1 deal and I'm very happy with both! They shipped out the following day and arrived quickly, plus the quality is honestly better than I expected. The pendants are beautiful and the chains are solid and don't feel cheap. Writing this before using them much, but hoping they hold up with time.
