This is by far the easiest 5STAR review I have ever given. From the first contact to the rides to Clinic to the work done itself. Esnan Clinic truly left me with such a beautiful experience that I would highly recommend to only contact them for any Dental work that you need done.
After my teeth were done I was shown the whole operation and I can honestly say and with the biggest smile ever on my face that they are true professionals in there craft.

The result is truly fantastic. A very friendly team and excellent communication. The consultation was highly professional at all times.

The worst clinic you could ever visit, I absolutely do not recommend it. My teeth looked much better before the procedure. They enlarged my teeth and pushed them forward, making them look like dentures for a 70-year-old, with no resemblance to a Hollywood smile whatsoever. I still experience confusion from people I know because my appearance has completely changed, and my lips now appear pushed upward and forward. When I objected, they insisted that my original teeth were big, even though they weren’t. I have friends who went to other clinics, and their teeth are bigger, yet their smiles look much better and more natural.

To anyone living in the USA, please beware of dealing with this clinic and learn from my experience—it will affect your appearance and confidence. Their attitude is nice at the beginning, but once you start the treatment protocol, they become harsh and only care about their agenda. Not to mention the biggest disaster that you will regret for the rest of your life or end up paying another clinic or hospital to fix what can be repaired.

اسوء مركز ممكن تزوره ، لا انصح به اطلاقاً ، اسناني كانت اجمل بكثير قبل البروسيجر قامو بتكبير اسناني وابرازها الى المقدمة بشكل ملفت حتى بدت وكأنها طقم اسنان لشخص في السبعين ولا تمت لابتسامة هوليود باي صلة ، مازلت اعاني من استغراب من اعرفهم لان شكلي تغير كلياً واصبحت شفتاي مقدمه الى الامام ، حينما اعترضت قالو ان اسناني الاصلية كانت كبيره واصروا على ذالك مع انها لم تكن كبيرة وهناك من الاصدقاء من تعامل مع مراكز اخرى واسنانهم اكبر ومع ذالك كانت ابتسامتهم اجمل، واقرب للطبيعي كل من يقيمون في امريكا ارجوكم احذروا من التعامل مع هذه العيادة واستفيدوا من تجربتي ستؤثر على مظهرك وثقتك بنفسك
تعاملهم في البداية جيد وبمجرد ما تبدء في بروتوكول العلاج يتعاملون معاك بحده وحسب مبتغاهم ناهيك عن الكارثة الاكبر التي ستندم عليها طول العمر او تدفع في مركز او مستشفى اخر مرة اخرى لاصلاح ما يمكن اصلاحه

I need to make an appointment at Skyland. The consultant is not responding, but the message is being viewed.

Struggling with quite advanced periodontitis, I decided, in order to guarantee a successful treatment, to go to Istanbul. I contacted several top clinics, who sent me treatment plans and prices. Because I had to take my Bichon puppy with me, I initially considered that such a large and luxurious clinic as Esnan was not for me. Reading reviews and analyzing the treatment plan profiles of some clinics, I was completely confused. While I was finalizing the formalities for traveling with my puppy to Turkey and I was completely undecided which clinic to choose, I received a message from Esnan. I replied that my companion was a puppy, they told me that they were a pet-friendly clinic. After they sent me the treatment plan, keeping in mind the reviews I had read for this clinic, I eliminated the other clinics one by one, accepted Esnan's offer and bought my plane tickets.
From the beginning to the end of my first visit to Esnan, Semra, provided me with all the details, answered all my questions, gave me all the directions. From the moment I landed in Istanbul, everything was a wonderful experience. From the pick-up and all the transfers between airport-hotel and hotel-clinics, thank you to all the drivers.
At the clinic, as soon as I arrived with my Jolly-Bichon Malltesse, everything went like clockwork. The girls at the reception took me to have an X-ray. Based on the X-ray, Dr. Mehmet Emin Celebi explained to me in detail the procedures that were going to be done. Since it was about total extractions, 6 implants on each jaw, bone addition and sinus lift, I was a little scared. The professional, calm and nice way in which he explained everything to me completely reassured me, made me feel safe and I thank him from the bottom of my heart. I was then taken to the surgery room where Dr. Orhan performed the extraction procedures, the implants, the bone grafts and to whom I thank him. As I left the surgery, I was taken for another X-ray and was given a bag with several antibiotics for pain, an oral disinfectant spray and a nasal spray-treatment for 10 days. During all this time, Buse Buken-welcoming-took care of Jolly, as well as the following evening, and I thank him from the bottom of my heart for the kindness, warmth and empathy he showed. Finally, I was taken over by Dr. Semil Gunal who took my measurements for the temporary dentures and told me to return to the clinic at 6 pm. When I arrived at the hotel, I received a message from Semra that I would be taken over at 5:30 pm to be taken to the clinic. In the following days, I went to the clinic to see Dr. Semil Gunal for the temporary dentures. I thank him from the bottom of my heart for his professionalism, attention to detail, patience, and the warmth with which he greeted me every time. I also thank his assistant, Tugue, as well as the other assistants whose names I don't know. I thank from the bottom of my heart the entire staff at the Esnan clinic, from the doctors, the nurses, the girls at the reception, the guys at the bar, Berbant Karagoz and the other two boys who stayed with Jolly last night, for their professionalism, warmth, and attention. Many thanks to Semra, who was close to me with all the information she provided, with the instructions, the sincerity, and all the support she gave me. I look forward to seeing you again in August for the completion of my teeth. I am confident and happy that I chose the best clinic for my health and I recommend Esnan to everyone with confidence.

I have just returned from Istanbul, Turkey and I would give this dental clinic a 10 out of 10.
The entire staff was caring, efficient, and super friendly.
They never tried to up charge me which I have heard can be a problem with some companies.
They were very concerned that I understood every step of the procedure.
I took a physical there to ensure that I was healthy enough for sedation which pleased.
Every visit was so gentle.
The hotel was fantastic and the transportation was great.
I really did not experience any pain which surprised me.
At the end they even gave me a refund because they planned to do 5 root canals and only had to do 4. This shows how honest and caring they are.
The best part of the entire experience was my personal contact - Wajdi Arfaoui - he was the contact for the months leading up to my visit, he was with me for every dentist and doctor appointment. He was my translator and my personal representative every day. He was a wonderful communicator always responding to my questions and my needs.
I love my new smile and would recommend this clinic to anyone. They are caring, honest, and the clinic is over the top clean and organized.

​Ich bin absolut begeistert von der Esnan Klinik. Ein riesiges Lob geht an die Esnan Assistentin, die alle Termine perfekt koordiniert hat und wirklich immer erreichbar war – das gibt einem enorme Sicherheit.
​Die Klinik ist sehr groß, absolut hygienisch und man merkt, dass das gesamte Personal vor Ort jeden Patienten gleich behandelt. Besonders positiv überrascht war ich von der entspannten Atmosphäre. Es gab sogar einen Live-Gitarristen und eine Bar, an der für Getränke gesorgt wurde – das macht den Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer.
​Organisation auf höchstem Niveau
​Die Organisation ist erstklassig. Man muss sich um nichts kümmern. Man wird vom Flughafen abgeholt und ins Hotel gefahren (5 Sterne). In der Nähe (nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß) gibt es zudem ein Einkaufszentrum und viele Restaurants. Kleiner Tipp von mir: Geht vor der Behandlung unbedingt richtig satt frühstücken.
​Der Transfer war zudem immer auf die Minute pünktlich. Die Fahrt zur Klinik dauert nur ca. 15 Minuten, und vor Ort kam ich bereits nach 10 Minuten an die Reihe. Nach der Behandlung stand der Transfer ebenfalls nach nur 10 Minuten wieder bereit.
​Medizinische Spitzenleistung
​Die medizinische Leistung war der Wahnsinn. Ein großes Dankeschön geht an die kompetenten Ärzte, die mir an nur einem Tag insgesamt 18 Zähne gezogen und die Lücken mit 12 Implantaten sowie dem entsprechenden Zahnersatz versorgt haben. Außer den Spritzen habe ich nichts gemerkt, nur ein bisschen Druckgefühl – nach ca. 45 Minuten war alles fertig!

​Mein Behandlungsverlauf
​Tag 1 (am 18.02.2026): Nach dem großen Eingriff gab es Schwellungen, Pochen und leichte Schmerzen. Man muss ehrlich sein: Bei so einer großen OP – oder OPs allgemein – hat man immer mit mehr oder weniger Schmerzen zu tun. Aber mit Kühlung und Schmerzmitteln war es gut beherrschbar.
​Tag 2: Einsetzen der Kunststoff-Prothesen. Kurzzeitig etwas schmerzhaft, aber nach wenigen Minuten erledigt.
​Tag 3: Finale Anpassung der provisorischen Prothesen. Die Blutungen hatten sich minimiert, die Schmerzen waren mit leichten Mitteln im Griff. Ich konnte die Klinik verlassen.
​In den ersten zwei Wochen gab es noch leichte Druckstellen und Pochen, was in der Einheilphase normal ist. Trotz dieser großen OP konnte ich bereits nach 3 Wochen wieder arbeiten, auch wenn ich noch leichte Druckstellen an den Implantaten spüre.
​Wer eine effiziente und hochprofessionelle Zahnbehandlung in der Türkei sucht, ist hier genau richtig – das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut!

Alles was heel goed geregeld

I had been needing dental work I could not afford for many years. Without very good dental insurance in the United States, your options are very limited. So I've gotten by, brushed and flossed and hoped something would change, it didn't. Finally, the last dental partial I had for two missing front teeth, became so painful to wear, that I only put it in when leaving my apartment. I saw a dentist here to see about a more comfortable partial, I was informed during that visit, my lower front teeth needed to be pulled because of bone loss. I am 63, I had been experiencing loosening in those teeth. I asked about the cost of a dental bridge, he told me $6 to $10 thousand dollars, this was just for the narrow space in my lower front, I'd still have all the other dental that needed to be addressed. So my options were a lower denture. I had heard recently about dentistry tourism, so I started researching clinics abroad, Costa Rica, Mexico, Poland, Hungary and Turkey. I settled on Turkey because of two reasons, affordability and perceived (then) quality. After contacting many clinics in Istanbul, I settled on Esnan Dental and contacted a coordinator there named Mugdesem Tenrioven. He was very polite, and more importantly, handled things professionally and told me what I needed to do. I had panoramic x-rays taken here, sent them to him. They told me EXACTLY what work they would perform, with a cost breakdown. I booked a flight on Turkish Airlines (which I highly recommend for their wonderful service) and flew into Istanbul on a Monday morning. I met my driver at the airport exactly where Mugdesem said he would be, and was off to Esnan Dental, Skyland. This was my only complaint. I should have demanded a day to rest at my hotel first. Anyway, I didn't and I arrived at Esnan Dental, Skyland. This facility blew my mind, it was very large, clean, and state of the art. I was met by a staff member and escorted into the facility and began my treatment that very day. My dentist, Burcu Sarac and her assistant were great. I was then driven to my hotel, A Tryp Wyndham, another clean and wonderful facility with wonderful staff.
I had 6 days of treatments where I saw multiple specialist beyond my primary Dentist, Burcu. All were top notch and did their work with precession. Before I left, a staff member walked up and handed me $110 cash in USD. Why? Because 1 root canal did not need to be done. They could have kept the money, I would have never known.
I am now back in America, with a smile I've only dreamed about since knocking my front teeth out at age 14. The cost was was less than I thought possible. The only error was scheduling my first appointment on the day of my arrival. Mugdesem coordinated every aspect of my visit, right down to ensuring my driver was at the hotel at 3 am, to ensure I did not miss my flight home.
In closing, Esnan Dental, was the best decision I could have made. Do your own research, you will find they have a solid reputation for a good reason. Also, be sure to get an espresso while there, they have an actual, fully staffed, coffee bar in the Skyland office.

From airport transport to every appointment, the service was flawless. Special mention to driver Memine (hope I spelled it right) who went above and beyond using translation apps to really engage with me.

The hotel exceeded expectations with friendly staff, especially the restaurant team. My coordinator was amazing throughout.

I chose this clinic because they have a London office that reviewed my X-rays first as I did not want no surprises. Initially,I knew going in I would need four implants which I put off for years because of the cost .so I was not surprised when they told me I needed 4-6 implants. When my old veneers came off, I ended removing 9 teeth out The anxiety was real, but the team explained everything thoroughly.

Unbelievably—I felt NO pain after extractions! They sprayed my mouth before injections, and I didn't feel a thing. Smooth sailing after that. Six days later (today), minimal swelling, no need for the pain meds they provided.

I'm returning in June for crowns. From start to finish: absolute 5-star experience. Courteous, thorough, and genuinely caring staff.
