I had a very positive experience at Esnan Dental Clinics – Skyland. This review refers to the first stage of my treatment: the X-ray, sinus lift, implants, and temporary dental work.

So far, the services have been impeccable and everything has gone very smoothly. The clinic is truly impressive — modern, extremely well organized, and equipped to such a high standard that it feels like stepping into a place from the future.

The medical team was professional, attentive, and gave me confidence throughout the entire process. I felt well informed and in safe hands, which is very important during this type of treatment.

There were a few minor issues in the communication with our consultant regarding the documents that needed to be signed before the procedure, but nothing worrying and nothing that affected the overall experience.

Overall, for this first stage, I highly recommend Esnan Dental Clinics – Skyland for their professionalism, quality of service, and very high clinical standards.

I will return with a complete review after the second stage and once the final dental work is completed.

What I disliked most about Esnan Dental Clinic was that when you arrive for treatment, the price they had previously agreed upon suddenly doubles. They claim that the original quote was a mistake, and if you do not agree to pay the higher amount, they offer you a lower-budget treatment option instead.

For example, although the treatment plan and the quoted price included a new abutment, they did not place a new one and instead reused the same abutment that had already been used with the previous bridge. Even though the amount allocated for the abutment was included in the treatment plan, they did not refund that money after admitting that they had made a mistake.

I also felt that they were not sufficiently focused on achieving the best aesthetic result and often looked for the simplest or minimal solution rather than the most appropriate one.

Very good experience with esnan clinic, staff was excellent, but first day we had to wait very long time for 5-6 hrs.

Making Esnan my choice of clinic was the best decision I've made in my dental journey and the staff was the best in the world. Esnan make it so easy and provide a level of comfort for their patients which makes visiting the clinic so comfortable. Esnan is the only clinic to choose when its comes to making decisions for a beautiful smile.

The worker are professional in their jobs starting from the driver , reception staff , Doctors & their assistant .

Esnan Dental Clinic doctors and personnel are very professional and caring. Everything is very well organized for international patients including transportation and accommodations. Any of my questions and concerns were taking care of by international patients coordinator Sahar at any time of the day. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone.

I would like to share my heartfelt thanks to Dr Caner and his assistant Ceren and all the team at Esnan skyland Istanbul .I travelled to Esnan Skyland Istanbul to replace my previous crowns which were not done correctly and causing me severe pain and discomfort . From the moment I stepped in to Esnan Skyland Istanbul I knew I had made the right choice to replace my crowns. What an incredible place . Dr Caner has done a brilliant job on replacing my crowns not only aesthetically but functionally . I can now eat better than before and am free from pain .My 25 zirconium crowns they have placed also look Amazing . What an incredible five star service I have received. A special mention also to my Dentist Gözde Kayasöken Yılmaz who did a brilliant job on my root canals freeing me from pain and also to my coordinator Melakhessou Oussama who arranged everything precisely and was always available on WhatsApp to answer and assist .

Surreal Experience.

I recommend to anyone who requires expert and experienced dental treatment.

Came to get my father dental implants done (All on 6). Staff, clinic and especially the doctors 10/10. Very welcoming and very talented also very professional. Still the first visit and will update on the second visit. Also highly thankful for my medical advisor (Mahdi) for his help throughout this journey.

It has been a week since my complex dental procedure (7 implants and a sinus lift), and I feel great. I want to sincerely thank the team at Esnan Dental Clinics for their exceptional service.
​The clinic is incredibly clean, organized, and operates with impressive order. What stood out most was the personal touch—the staff is genuinely caring and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable at every stage. From the medical expertise to the overall environment, everything was top-notch. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking professional and reliable dental care!

I am very satisfied with my new smile. The staff were very kind and welcoming. I would especially like to thank Dr. Mesut Birol and his assistant. Their work is highly professional, and they are willing to do everything to ensure that a patient leaves satisfied. The doctors who performed my root canal treatments were also excellent—very fast and precise. I also rate the rest of the team highly, including the reception staff, assistants, photographer, bartenders, and others.

The hotel was great, and the transportation was well organized. I would like to give special mention to the driver named Mümin, who was very kind and reliable.

I would also like to highly praise the assistant who is available almost 24/7 on WhatsApp. Mrs. Houneida Tatar is outstanding—always available, helpful, and very kind.

I am deducting one star because my treatment plan was not scheduled well in terms of timing. On the last day, I felt stressed that they might not have enough time to adjust my crowns according to my expectations and needs. Due to the poor timing, I also did not have a final check-up, which I regret. However, they did offer me a follow-up visit anytime I am in Istanbul.

For the future, I recommend sending the documents that need to be signed in advance by email. For people who are not fluent in English, this creates pressure, as the staff require the documents to be signed immediately. They are long and written in technical English, so it can be stressful not fully understanding what one is signing.

I would also appreciate it if the doctors informed patients more about the course of the procedures. Many times, I had to ask myself what they were about to do, or whether I was allowed to eat, drink, or take medication, etc. But they had no problem to answer me.
