Mes amis, je vais à Istabul pour des inplants dentaires... Tu n'as pas peur ? Mais peur de quoi ? On ne sait jamais etc... Après un premier voyage en février pour préparer le terrain, j'y suis retourné le 5 juillet. Quel bonheur ! Voiture vip à l'aéroport, voiture vip de la clinique à l'hôtel, hôtel 4 étoiles. Les soins ? Une équipe de vrais pros, du matériel dernier cri. Merci docteur Caner cakli et son équipe, merci sara . ah, j'oubliais le prix= France divisé par 3... Fabuleuse expérience ! N'hésitez pas et surtout ne vous trompez pas de clinique. ESNAN vous attend.

I cannot recommend **Esnan Dental Hospital – Topkapi Branch, Istanbul** highly enough.

From the very first moment I made contact, the level of service was exceptional. My Patient Support Specialist spoke excellent English and was professional, empathetic, patient, and incredibly thorough. Every question I had was answered promptly, and the entire process—from submitting my documentation before travelling to arriving in Turkey—was seamless and well organised.

What impressed me most was the outstanding customer experience. The team stayed in regular contact with me before and throughout my stay, making sure I always knew what to expect. They also arranged discounted accommodation through their partner hotel, which made the trip even more convenient and affordable. The support didn't stop once I arrived—they were available in real time whenever I needed assistance.

I had been struggling with a very painful dental issue in the UK, but unfortunately I couldn't get it resolved. From my initial conversations with Esnan, they gave me complete confidence that they could help, and they absolutely delivered. Within just two to three days, the problem that had caused me so much pain was successfully treated. I returned home relieved, happy, and genuinely impressed with the quality of care I received.

The dentists and the entire team were highly skilled, professional, and reassuring throughout the whole experience. They clearly take great pride in what they do, and it shows in every interaction.

My experience with Esnan dental clinic exceeded expectations. From the first online contact to the final ride to the airport. Everything was well organized and punctual and most importantly the dental care was top notch. I had several crowns, 4 root canals, one tooth extraction and 3 implants put in. It was all done under local anesthesia and my discomfort was very minor. I will be returning in 3 to 4 months to have the final 3 zirconium crowns put in. Everything was well organized from airport and hotel pickups & drop offs to dental appointments. The facilities were immaculate and the staff friendly & helpful. It couldn't have gone any smoother.

Lastly, my wife accompanied me on this trip and we had plenty of time to see the sights in Istanbul. I would definitely recommend Esnan Dental Clinic and Istanbul to friends & family. By the way, all of our treatments took place at the Skyland facility.

Very nice staff and good service all around. The doctor was a bit rough with the local anethesia shots during the surgery, but i guess thats kinda normal for dentist work. 9.5/10

My experience with Esnan Dental Clinic (Skyland) was a great experience from the very start when I connected with the coordinator by the name of Saadia Samia, who was very attentive throughout my dental journey with the clinic, and the staff, including the diagnosis specialist Dr. Mehmet Celebi, the Surgeon Dr. Orhan Gecor, and the Prosthodontist Dr. Furkan Kacal, who all was very professional in their approach to my case of all-on-four procedure.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. I would also like to mention the staff who take good care of you from the very moment you enter the clinic until you leave with a bright new smile.

A driver was waiting for us upon arrival and transported us to our hotel, and each day we were provided with reliable transportation between the hotel and the clinic.

satisfaite de mon expérience à Istanbul.Docteur Karess et son assistante Aleyna ont accompli un magnifique travail dans ma bouche ! Grâce au traducteur Adnan je pouvais interagir avec l'équipe et tous mes souhaits ont été pris en compte . Ce n'est pas de la publicité, mais c'est une réalité. Le service est excellent, la clinique est nickel le personnel est très accueillant à l'hôtel le service est impeccable .Je rentre avec un sourire hollywoodien!
L'experience a été au delà de mes attentes. Je dis un gros merciiiii à Mohamed Amine kist qui m'avait contacté via les réseaux sociaux . Sur place, il a été d'un grand soutien : chaque jour , il se rassurerait que j'étais satisfaite des soins reçus et le côté logistique était à sa charge ,je vous le recommande fortement c'est une personne de confiance. Je souhaite longue vie à cette clinique.

aujourd'hui même je viens de terminer mes soins qui étaient en deux étapes et pour ainsi dire tout s'est passé à merveille. Moi qui appréhendai tout en stressant, je me suis fié à Mme Sara Benbachir, l'assistante en communication qui m'a guidé dans tout les domaines de À à Z. Conseils, paperasse, logistique,sans surprise. Une confiance totale et les yeux fermés.
N'hésitez pas à la contacter, elle est la colonne vertébrale pour toutes vos démarches (je ne vous dis pas, combien de fois je l'ai sollicitée avant pendant et après mes soins)
En ce qui concerne la clinique, je ne peux qu'applaudir des deux mains.
Tout est fait pour vous mettre en confiance, de l'explication des étapes du Dr Kamer et son assistante Ozlem qui est tjrs souriante et bien sûr sans oublier Mme Bouchra la traductrice qui elle aussi transmet les informations et vous conseille quand besoin est..
Quant à l'accueil à la clinique , ambiance chaude, vous vous sentez à l'aise, les hôtesses tjrs à l'écoute.
Résultat de tout cela, je ressors avec un sourire plus vrai que nature avec 12 implants 1er choix (suisses ou allemands) et des dents en zircone.
Un grand merci à toute l'équipe d'Esnan Topkapi d'Istanbul.
Et je ne le répèterai jamais trop, un grand Bravo à Mme Benbachir.

J'ai demandé un devis pour des couronnes depuis la fin Mai, et la seule réponse que j'ai obtenue c'est un robot qui me dit toujours la même chose qui mes informations on été transmises et que l'on va me rappeler dans les plus brefs délais!! Je crois que mon cas ne le pas être assez rentable !!! En 20 jours personne ne m'a contacté !!! Quelqu'un d'autre dans le même cas ?

Bonjour je déconseille fortement !!!!!!! J'étais ravi du résultat et en faite moins de 2 ans après (implant) deux gros problèmes !!!!! J’ai esseyer de régler a l'amiable mais ils n’ont pas voulu....
De ce fait je me doit de payer moi même hôtel et billet d'avion pour une raison qui vient de leur part dès le départ...
C'est inadmissible vraiment fuyez !!!!!!!

The customer service is very good and polite. I was met by your attendant and escorted inside to a very nice dentist and a clean environment.

There is also space to use your laptop in the much-appreciated room with coffee or iced tea.

I highly recommend using this dentist. I give 7 stars; this is much better than my own dentist. I also liked that no clamps were used in the mouth, whereas my current dentist uses clamps way too much, but this dentist doesn't, and that is very good.

I recommend it to foreigners and local Turkish people in Turkey * Istanbul
