Reliable once you've jumped through hoops
For years, I've found ESET to be completely reliable... once I've managed to update my account.
This year I couldn't have managed it without the help of my AI guiding me through all the options.
There appeared to be two accounts one on top of the other, and one kept telling me every few minutes that it had expired, while the other said that I had paid up until June.
And I couldn't get any support to explain it.
Eventually the AI worked out how the ESET computer had got itself into a twist, and guided me through some apparently contradictory procedures to get myself registered cleanly.
I would never have guessed what to do working by myself.
Hopefully, now the ESET computer is straightened out, I won't have problems next year.

You took money from my account without asking or using the proper chanel! The card used prior had expired so the update charge was declined, then few weeks later you somehow got access to my new cards details and without asking, you charged that account.
