Hot doc always refers to a practice I…
Hot doc always refers to a practice I utilised in another city. I have tried on numerous occasions some with the help of hot doc to remove previous practice and replace with new practice but hot doc doesn’t replace them. So I now book direct by phone with practice and have found this much simpler.

I have booked a time which is 1 week…
I have booked a time which is 1 week earlier than my original appointment time which was arranged by the clinic staff.
So today is H..Doc appointment that I thought is a cancellation so I booked immediately and at the end it came up as already taken in Red Lettering, However the appointment shows Confirmed. "Not Sure about this comes to mind". I have not cancelled my original appointment until I'm completely Sure everything is aligned, Thank-you Kind Regards Edward.
