Purchased the Hot tub from Escape Hot Tubs and this is the second service. Matt who serviced the tub was excellent. Very thorough and extremely professional. I have been very happy in all my dealings with this company from the purchase through to the after care.

The guys, Carl and Matt were very professional, from a courtesy call informing me the time of arrival, down to a total and full service of our hot tub, it's been a year since the installation of our tub and this company has been fully committed to customer satisfaction. From start to finish, the escape team have been absolutely faultless. I’ve been in the Market to replace my Hydroquip tub for something a bit more modern, and low maintenance, and I found exactly what I was looking for. I spoke to Ryan initially with their website messaging service, and then I spoke to Sue on the phone. We talked through the various options, and settled on the Sunboro III. The ordering process was all very straight forward and a date planned in for install. It’s worth noting that the team were very flexible with us. We’re having our garden landscaped and didn’t want it installed until the ground work was complete, but also before we installed our decking. A date was agreed and the guys were onsite with us just after 8am (having been on the road since 4am!!). Matt and Carl who installed the tub were consummate professionals. Their customer service was spot on and they answered all of my questions and have me some great tips to ensure longevity out of the tub and accessories. If you are reading this, and your are in the Market for a hot tub, look no further. Escape absolutely ticked every single box for me.

Wow - we have been blown away with the service received by Escape hot tubs. Every question we’ve had has been answered, they’ve been incredibly patient and above all we have received a fantastic hot tub. We had a slightly tricky installation (our fault, not Escape’s) and Escape could not have helped us more to get the hot tub into place. We really appreciated their help and dedication. Would 100% recommend Escape to anyone in the market for a hot tub and will be coming back to them for servicing and products. Thank you guys so much :)

Horrible company to deal with! myself and my wife put £250.00 down for a Hot Tub but my wife became ill and needed an operation. The company told us our cooling off period was over. They did say they could hold on to our deposit but depending on how long my wife's illness would go on would determine weather the price fluctuated or not!!
Absolutely disgusting behaviour. If I was anybody reading this I would not trust this company and I am just glad we didn't part with more money than we did.

From the first phone call to the installation of our fantastic hot tub has been excellent. Every member of the team are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely recommend Escape as the number one place to buy a hot tub.

First class service, from answering all our initial questions when we were doing our research, right through to todays delivery and installation. The guys doing the install were polite and helpful and efficient. Sue kept in touch each week until we were ready for the hot tub to be delivered and she called this afternoon to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I would highly recommend Escape Hot tubs

From first walking into the showroom through to install, service was fantasic and would definitely recommend. No pressure sales, fully understanding requirements and budget and the flexibility on install dates couldnt be faulted.
On the day of install the enginners were very friendly, talked us through our positioning options and took lots of time to demonstrate the tub and future care requirements.

From initial enquiries through to finally purchasing from Escape Hot Tubs, the customer service was fantastic, Ryan and Sue for replying to my numerous questions and the 3 install team who came on what must have been the coldest day of the year, nothing was too much trouble, the space was tight which we knew would be but all was up and running in a few hours. We were in the market for a tub after looking round local sites and shops we settled on Escape, Why? Because the prices were in our budget the customer reviews were really positive, the online messaging service was so very helpful, they were always happy to help answer any questions we had.
We booked and went to look around the showroom, the staff were all very professional and well informed. Best of all there was no hard sell or pressure.
Once the order had been placed just under 2 weeks the tub came.
The delivery and installation guys were super helpful from helping navigate a difficult entry to the tubs final location, to set up and understanding of the chemicals.

Escape Hot tubs are amazing from the initial phone call to the delivery. very professional and felt i was able to ask any questions.
