I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to Escape Himalaya, our tour guide Sonam, and our porter for their incredible support during our Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) trek. Without their dedication, I do not think we would have been able to complete the journey.

Throughout the entire trek, they were highly professional, knowledgeable, and extremely attentive to our needs.
The ABC trek usually takes 6 days, but due to heavy rainfall in Pokhara, our itinerary had to be compressed into 5 days. The rain also caused several landslides along the trail. To catch up with the schedule, we had to start ahead of the original starting point and hike longer distances each day. Despite these challenging conditions, Sonam and our porter remained resilient and supportive without any complaints.

Thanks to their effort and guidance, we successfully reached ABC, enjoyed the breathtaking view of the Annapurna range, and created unforgettable memories.

It was an ABC trekking tour beyond expectations with Escape Himalaya Trek.
Our tour guide Raj took pretty good care of us from our arrival in Nepal to departure. He synced up with us for our daily plans on Day 1 and keep eyes on us for the following 8 days to make sure we had a smooth trip. Not to mention the adaptable traffic arrangements and the swift communication.
Our trekking guide Ram showed his great hospitality, generosity and professionalism by sharing the geographical, cultural and linguistic knowledges with us, and they’re interesting to learn, during our 5-day trekking . We were so grateful to have him.

My wife and I did the 5 day, 4 night Mardi Himal Trek in late September 2026. Words can not describe how magical our experience was. The operator Raj was very receptive and booked everything for us including transport to/from airport, and the entire trekking experience. All we had to do was show up! Our guide Ganga and porter Sujun were exceptional, they worked hard to ensure we had the best time possible. During our trek, others had to get redirected onto our trek due to weather, so the tea houses were extremely full and at capacity. Many people had to share rooms, but Ganga ensured we had a private room the entire time, a small luxury that we sincerely appreciated. This was the trip of our dreams and we will be sure to come back to Nepal and will use Escape again when we do.
