les illustrations étaient claires et bien expliquées; les quiz étaient faciles (peut-être même un peu trop facile, y compris pour les personnes qui faisaient cette formation pour la 1ere fois).

Questions were about the topic, not trying to trick people. Like some courses do. It’s very handy to be able to do the course at your own pace. For companies that are busy or short staffed, it’s the perfect way to get training completed.

Quite a few typos and some things that aren’t explained well

I found the pace and cadence of the voiceover to be annoying and hard to follow. I only found some reprieve in turning the volume off and reading instead of listening once I realized I could fast forward, it was much more manageable. There’s also 1 question with 2 right answers.

The courses are easy to follow and educational for the tasks that we are doing. The only thing that I would recommend is that you would have more examples of when you would use it in a task.

The videos us not too long so it’s easy to be done in a short time

There were glitches in the course. I messaged the help desk - no response.

Most offerings from companies are similar. Customer service is where they can differentiate themselves.

Yes the company is doing well, and the training was educative.

The Benzene course was through and easy to navigate. The quizzes focused on the information in the course. I was under pressure when I set up my profile and spelt my name wrong. Messaged them about it this morning and it was done within the hour! Andrei quickly fixed it and resent my certificate with the correct spelling! Thank you very much.

Easy to sign up etc. I already plan to do another one for me and several others for my employees.

The course was very thorough and comprehensive - very easy to understand.

I liked the online option. I also liked the depth of information on some of the areas of training - it was good information, (although, not all the training material was as well thought out). All-in-all, it was okay - the negative comment below, when corrected, would make it much better.

The tests and training information really needs a good thorough spell checking... I got one answer wrong because the correct answer was incorrectly spelled! There were more that I noticed, but realized that it wasn't correctly edited for spelling. It gives the impression of sloppy work.

The course is self paced and is detailed. The quiz at the end allows you to recall material and learn from errors faster. It is at the correct pace and time for a busy learner like me too!!

Formation intéressante et pertinente, toutefois la valorisation de la langue de formation, le Français, laisse pleinement à désirer. Présentation traduite partiellement de l'anglais au Français, l'ensemble des photos et affiches en complément d'info n'ont pas été traduite, et au cours du dernière chapitre l'audio était en anglais malgré la langue de formation en Français sélectionné. Merci de bien corrigé la situation
