I have been trying to contact them. But they never got back to me.

I bought the Electric bike model 18 last year, and I have never been so disappointed with the delivery of this bike. They just left it on my flat, and I had to carry it myself up to the 3rd floor!
I didn't have any space to keep it, and if I would leave it outside, someone could steal it...The delivery guy just left me to carry it myself. It was a nightmare!

Anyways, I have never used the bike so I can't say nothing about it.
But the service was pretty bad.
I am trying to sell it back now to e-riders, but they seem to not be interested...

I have not recieved the product I ordered and you scammed money out of me,I would never recommend you to anyone

These people just want to sell and don't care about customers. My father had bought a bike with them that needed a new battery, and they did next to nothing to help source a new one. Don't consider their bikes to built to last because they wont help you if one breaks

Proper thieves..
Takes money without caring..
Product is not what they say... .wrong product , threatened with legal action because they did not deliver $250 of product I payed for.
Very excited to be taking them to the legal courts of Australia...still wIting for the legal teams response of course..very dodgy tradrmets # never buy from them..
Will see Your business in court. SO MANY $$$$ for emotional abuse and false allegations...get your legal team to look Tmat that...lol

Bought this e rider it was fantastic service staff done a good job I would recommended

First class service, expert in their field, very friendly.

Had my model 15 for 2 years brought a new battery connection are different so don't know how to connect it. Steering lose again for the 5th time and back wheel is sticking

I'm trying to sort a puncture on a model 15, but having problems as I see you have the tyre for it but no innertube... what sade are they and where.can I get one please?

I have been a dedicated customer and promoter of E Rider for several yrs.
In my opinion they are the worlds number one electric bike provider.
Their bikes are of upmost quailty.
Over the years I have purchased many parts and have received the best service and helpful fast assistance.

Can't supply me with replacement battery. Told me to look on Internet myself. Impossible to find one. Have a model 18 like new but is useless without battery. After sales non existent

They advertise test rides but when we booked and paid for one, we had no response until I phoned up to say we hadn’t had reply they then e mailed back saying they’re not doing test rides anymore, even though they still say they are according to their website I think they need to change their website as it’s misleading , very disappointed with this company !!!! ☹️ ☹️☹️

Worst experience ever !!! I signed up to least plan on the model 18 I paid £595 they said I would receive the scooter in 7-10 days I ordered the scooter on the 14th and did not get a delivery date after days of calling them sending emails having no reply there customer service is the worst they are rude unhelpful and threatening after 23 days they finally gave and a delivery date which I wouldn’t be able to be available as I had work they then told me the delivery was re scheduled to be delivered in 7 days and that I had to pay £160 for not been able to be available on the delivery date they provided me making the total delivery time almost a month I complained they then sent me a very rude email saying they will cancel my order if I keep emailing or calling them then i got a email saying my order was cancelled I had to wait 10 days for my refund to sum up do not buy from them they will waste your time and not deliver your goods typical internet scam!!!!

Through nature of my twenty years business I have dealt with many companies but I never came across such a dodgy company.
ONE STAR 🌟 IS TOO MUCH FOR THEM, should be minus.
I bought model 18 cargo electric scooter the transaction was very fast and smooth within few minutes all done.
when they send the scooter it was jock, it was a chield toy, it couldn't stay on the legs I need to leans it to the wall to stay and also for safety reason they shouldn't be allowed to sell such a toys to adults.
to sort out the issue with them form the first day up to more than a week sometime twice a day I was calling the company although all the receptionists were very polite but horrible service.
After a lot of hassle finally I managed to arrange for collecting their damaged scooter but they charge me £130 for return and £95 for assemble, with regard to assemble services wasn't safe for riding( RIP-OFF).
After I bought a scooter from another company it is cheaper but it is heavy duty and safe to use it for our cafe.
The kids scooter toy from Argos much more safer and better than Erider products.

Order was cancel and took so long to get my money back

I placed my order for an E rider mod18 on 5th July 2022 and was informed that delivery would be between 7 and 10 days however the bike did not arrive until 24th July.I contacted the company by telephone to obtain a delivery date and some technical information my calls were always answered promptly by the receptionists but nobody was ever available to talk to I was always promised someone would call me back but this never happened....On delivery the bike arrived in good condition .The only issue I had on assembly was the fitting of the front fairing panel only two clips and screws were provided although on examination I found there to be 8 mounting points to secure the panel I sourced additional clips and screws and utilised all8 mounting points it is not possible to fit this part securely with only 2 screws.The rear reflector fell off as there was no nut holding it on .Overall a very well designed and built product .Better communication wit h team would help as would attention to detail .yours Peter

Superb service and support bike arrived assembled though the mirrors were not attached however, an excellent company and the bike is 100% as described

Overall I am happy but delivery took longer than stated on the web site which claimed 7-10 days, I ordered on 5th July The bike arrived on the 23rdafter they had originally stated 22nd and I took a day off to be home for the delivery.
I had paid for assembly as well and expected the bike to be delivered in a ridable state. I had to get them to deliver to my workplace as On the day they told me they could deliver I couldn't get off as no cover was available. The tires were inflated at less than 20PSI and are supposed to be 40PSI the battery needed a full charge (Which I was expecting anyway) and 3 days later the front disk brake started rubbing. Upon checking The lower bolt holding the brake in place was missing, Whether this was there in the first place or worked loose and fallen out I am not sure. These were quite minor things But Just Issues that I think people should be aware of.
Overall I am impressed with the bike. Now its all sorted out, The range is far better than it was on my model 15. (I now have the model 18) But wouldn't want to have to rely on pedalling it to get anywhere without the electric assistance. My model 16 without pedalling was only going about 6 miles, This is easily doing 15 But I'm not going any further as I don't need to go further.
The hills I go up to work are quite steep but the bike still manages 26Kph and 27 on the flat due to being restricted (By the way I weigh 93 Kilo). I understand there are ways to un-restrict the speed, But I'm happy to leave it as it is as it would no doubt reduce the range and be illegal.
I love the addition of the top box as is great for doing a small shop and there is even a bag holder in the foot well where you can stand a bit of shopping and there is also under the seat storage.
A full charge costs around 20 pence On a small moped it would cost me £1 a day to work and back so 20% of the cost saving me £8 a week. Though I am saving theses £8s towards getting a spare battery which in effect will double my range
