With my husband we placed an order with Ergobaby two weeks ago, and the experience has been nothing but a big frustration.
More then a week after placing the order when the delivery should already had reached us as promised by them and they were all the time saying in the system that it had been dispatched, we were informed that the product we had purchased was out of stock – something that should have been made clear at the time of ordering. And what feels even more weird is how could they possibly dispatched the order if they hadn't had it at all, and if not how possibly they could kept informing us that the order had been dispatched and is on the way?!!!
They then offered us another baby carrier with different colour if we would pay some additional money ( because the other colour was not on sale) and my husband promptly replied to their email that we do not want another colour and want the money back then. Since then they stopped replying, we sent them several email asking what happened and wheatear they will send us another item or return the money and when will all that happen... and no replies, seems like they are not replying to emails at all ( although is written at their page that they should respond in 2 days). As well as they are not picking up the phone...so to me it seems like a huge scam and reading all the similar reviews here I think we should all put some legal charges against them... has anyone already done that so the others could join or could advise us how to do that?
The service of that company is just unacceptable, but more than that it actually seems like a scam.
We want either the item we payed for or the money back and that asap!! And compensation for all the frustrations we are facing because of them.
However, whoever reading that please do not order anything from that company over their website ever!!! And whoever could recommend how to legally get the money from them back or put a legal claim against them please inform us (we will find that out anyway eventually) .
I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received the sling. Is this website a fraudulent site? I’ve contacted their support and had no response. What’s going on?
To be completely honest I wasn't very impressed because I did not receive prior notification of the delivery date of the stroller. As a result I was out when delivery was attempted and it was taken to a shop for me to collect. This was problematic due to the size / weight of the box and the parking nearby so I had to arrange for someone to help me. However, when I explained this Customer Service could not have been more apologetic and even offered a price reduction as compensation for my inconvenience which I was very happy to accept. The stroller, which was a gift, is brilliant
I am in the same situation as described by other reviewers below. I made a purchase 14 days ago, the item is not dispatched yet. I have tried to contact the service customer via their telephone number and email but they won't reply to me.. such a pity... I will never buy anything from them anymore.
It is very difficult to fold. Also, the part where the baby leans is too far back. We cannot move it forward. It is necessary to put support on the baby's back. I do not understand how it is ergonomic. Also, it is very difficult to fold as well as open. It is difficult to do it with one hand.
Awful! Avoid! I bought a sling in desperation struggling with a newborn and a toddler and two weeks on I haven’t received it or heard back from customer service. Neither of the contact numbers work for customer sevice and they just don’t respond to emails. It’s really shocking that a big brand can treat new parents so badly, these products are expensive and they should respond to questions about missing products. Don’t buy from them!!

It’s been almost two weeks and no delivery has arrived. It’s taking so much time I will cancel this and just buy a baby carrier from some where else. It’s a waste of time especially when it’s a product for babies and to make mums lives easier. However, it’s doing the opposite. It’s making people invest their money on an expensive product just to wait for weeks on end. Am I supposed to wait one month and struggle to carry my infant around?? by the time it arrives he will be too old for a carrier.
Reading recent reviews, I see I am facing the same issue of poor customer experience from Ergobaby UK.
I bought an Evolve 1-3 bouncer and the bouncer accessory directly from Ergobaby UK on Nov 23rd with the promise that it will be delivered UP to 7 days, meaning on Nov 30th. I have zero visibility of the order. Already sent 2 emails to their customer support and there is no feedback at all. On the ergobaby site it's showing as order "complete", no tracking number to follow up, nothing - ZERO visibility.
I am so frustrated with this purchase, I should buy another brand or even from another retailer (Amazon, Mamas and Papas, etc) but I decided to buy from Ergobaby as the manufacturer as I thought it will be more reliable, easier, but I regret so much about purchasing these items from them. Please AVOID to purchase anything from ergobaby, is one of the worst customer experience I had so far on buying things for my upcoming newborn. Detail the bouncer is quite expensive compare to many offer on the market (more than 200 GBP)

AVOID, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I ordered a baby carrier a month ago, they still haven't even dipatched it. Initially their customer service answered saying thet had an issue with deliveries and subsequently, after black Friday, they said they have too many orders! Brilliant, they keep selling and taking people's money but they cannot deliver. I have reported them to Trading Standards. Shame of company
I ordered a baby carrier about two weeks ago. After a week of waiting without any shipment information, I contacted customer service and managed to get a tracking number. The parcel was supposed to be delivered a week ago, but the delivery kept getting delayed. At some point, the UPS website even suggested that the parcel might be lost.
I emailed customer service again to request an update or a possible refund, but I still haven’t received a reply. As of now, I have no idea whether I will ever receive the product, hear back from them, or get my money back.
This is completely unacceptable. I don’t know what went wrong with this company. The product might be good—if I ever receive it—but the customer experience has been nothing short of terrible.
Such amazing products at great quality! I love my omni breeze carrier, so easy to put on and the baby seems really content
Order #1: a bouncer and a swaddler. Order #2: an Omni Dream.
Delivery #1: received no bouncer.
Delivery #2: received someone else's order with a cheaper Omni Embrace.
No tracking number at all and took two weeks to arrive. Nobody in customer service responded.
I am being forced to action Section 75 of Consumer Act and report them to Trading Standards.
Ordered a baby carrier over 1 week ago and have had no update on the status of this order.
I have been attempting to contact customer service- the phone number goes directly to answer phone and customer service email have not responded.
It really is disappointing how shocking ErgoBaby customer service is.

Terrible service. I've been waiting 10 days for my order to be dispatched. Customer service admitted they have no idea what's going on and offered me a 20% discount to wait an indefinite amount of time. Completely unacceptable.
Update: It turns out the carrier was dispatched and delivered with a minor delay. Customer service acknowledged the issue and my feedback. Overall, the Omni Breeze carrier is great. I hope the company considers opening a distribution center in the UK to avoid delays caused by shipping from Germany.

The best carrier around, absolutely worth the price tag. I’ve tried quite a few others and they just don’t compare. Quality, comfort for both baby and mum, soft material.
£70 for a carrier cover that doesn't stay on. One of the buttons keeps coming undone, which is particularly problematic when doing the school run in freezing temperatures whilst pushing your toddler in the pushchair and holding your 4 year old's hand
