First of all the scent is really nice and I have visited there stores in Spain which I really would highly recommend. But this online purchase from the UK could have been a bit better there was definitely a lack in communication and the item arrived a few days late and would have said it wasn’t packaged adequately as the the nice little box it comes in was a little crushed so if it was for a gift which it wasn’t this would have spoiled it, the bottle was also not labelled with the scent number which it usually is when you buy from the Spanish stores. It hasn’t completely put me off buying as I do love the scents so hopefully they can address these issues as think there’s a market here in the UK for there products.

I have the impression that the perfume is fake, it arrived with a broken sprayer and it smells of iodine but not of perfume, the smell does not last at all

Unfortunately I did not receive my purchase, I received a confirmation email informing me that it was delivered successfully but when I got home there wasn’t. Also I asked my neighbours and no one has it. I emailed the delivery company, no one answered back. I am very disappointed.

It has been 8 days since I placed my order and I am still yet to receive it.

I had I great experience, I don’t normally write reviews but I was so pleased with the service and products I would definitely recommend.
I first came across this company on holiday in Lanzarote, I loved the body mist so much I didn’t want to use it all knowing I may not find it in the uk.
Upon finding the spray recently in the cupboard I knew I needed to check online if I could get some more, I was so excited I found the company online and ordered a new one, the smell was exactly the same as my first bottle :)
I also had a slight issue with one of my items ordered as the wrong scent was delivered.
The online chat/customer services were very helpful and arranged for this to be replaced.
Overall very happy I found them and customer service excellent will definitely order again

Buongiorno io sono una cliente vado spesso al negozio equivalenze però mi reco alle Corti Lombardi perché più volte mi sono retata al centro commerciale il Globo le commesse sono sgarbate non sono carine non ti fanno provare i testi dei profumi e oggi pomeriggio mi sono recata in particolare una commessa posso fare pure la descrizione con gli occhiali e avevano e mi ha trattato malissimo e mi ha mandato a quel paese io sono una cliente che potevo acquistare più di un profumo ma lei è stata molto sgarbata e mandandomi pure a quel paese sarebbe da licenziare ma subito con tutta la gente che cerca lavoro comunque il centro commerciale il Globo equivalenza per me potrebbe pure chiudere quel negozio perché ci sono le commesse maleducate sgarbate in particolare quella con gli
occhiali

Ho fatto un ordine e non e arrivato ,ho cercato di contattarli mi rispondono sporadicamente ,prima che l'ordine e' andato smarrito ,poi che l'indirizzo non e' corretto,mille Mail dappertutto,non riesco ad avere risposte certe ne dell ordine ne di un rimborso,sono poco seri ,Non so se rivolgermi alle autorità perché penso sia una truffa a questo punto.

Ordinato 3 articoli (ordine num 67000124284) Arrivato solo un articolo mentre le due candele NO. Vediamo come si comporta l’assistenza post vendita. Dopodiché rivedrò la mia recensione

I use 059 and love it. First purchased whist visiting friends family in Spain and was so pleased to find I could get in UK. Great prices, well packaged and quick delivery. Have had others from here as well as skin care and happy with everything.

I ordered a pineapple diffusor for the second time - the second time I received an email from them saying they didn't have it and could I choose another one, ok, I'd like a cactus.

Buongiorno il mio nome è Maurizio scrivo questa mail poiché ho avuto una situazione intollerabile presso il negozio equivalente sito ad ostia (Roma) via delle baleniere
In data 6 maggio entravo in questo locale per acquistare uno dei vostri profumi come spesso accade. Il commesso in questione gentilmente mi fa sentire diverse fragranze infatti dopo poco tempo avendo l'olfatto non più all'altezza chiedo al commesso di scegliere al mio posto avendo capito le mie preferenze infatti mi prende il profumo numero 144 e mi propone di comprare anche crema e bagnoschiuma sapendo delle vostre buone fragranze e la professionalità accetto pago €42.5 ed esco dal negozio
Poco dopo come naturale sia l'olfatto riprende a fare il suo dovere e sento che il profumo acquistato è palesemente da donna vado sul vostro sito e i miei dubbi diventano certezza poiché è catalogato come profumo da donna
Al che essendo ancora sulla medesima via per shopping torno nel vostro negozio circa 30 minuti dopo per ovviare all'equivoco ma all'arrivo il commesso mi dice che non può cambiare nessuno dei prodotti perché la vostra politica non lo permette io ribatto dicendo che essendo un uomo non avrei voluto un profumo da donna tra l'altro scelto da lui e che magari prima dell'acquisto poteva almeno dire che fosse femminile anzi continua a spacciarlo unisex quando il vostro sito dice il contrario
Sono rimasto veramente male ho speso dei quattrini per un profumo che non potrò utilizzare e in un certo qual modo mi sono sentito preso in giro e truffato

Sui prodotti nulla da dire, ma poter acquistare nel negozio che c'è a Varese è un'impresa. Non c'è mai nessuno. Anche stamattina, ore 11 passo..cartello "torno subito". Se la casa madre potesse fare qualcosa, o aprirne un altro magari anche più in centro..
Ogni volta che vado è così, sarò sfigata io, ma è davvero allucinante, al limite del comico.

Hat ca. 2 Wochen gedauert bis sie es losgeschickt haben. Das Geld hatten sie wesentlich schneller eingezogen. Die Bestellung kam in einem gepolsterten Briefumschlag. Bisschen sichere Verpackung wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Und von einem Duft wurde nur 1ml geliefert obwohl 10ml bestellt. Hat mich nicht 100%ig überzeugt. Ich überlege mir dort nochmal zu bestellen.
