My experience with Equijump was incredible. I ordered online and am located in the US. I was incredibly impressed with not only how fast the shipping was (it made it to me in less than a week! Maybe 4 or 5 days?) but also how wonderful their customer service was. I had a small issue and reached out to them, to which Fearghal responded immediately and rectified the issue with ease and kindness. In the era of online shopping and big box stores, it’s so nice to have the experience of working with a small business tack shop that actually cares about their customers. For US shoppers, I recommend doing what I did for my second order which is ordering everything you want at once, as the shipping is flat rate, so that made it even more cost effective and saved me significant money compared to buying European brands in the US. Also who doesn’t love the satisfaction of a hefty tack haul?! My goodies came in a Equijump LTD tote bag that I will be wearing with pride at shows, happy to tell others about how great they are! I will definitely be purchasing from them again and cannot recommend them enough!! Thank you Fearghal!!

The initial service was great, but having to return something is awful. The cost for a return is almost more than the item purchased.

The service we received is second to none.

We have bought several items from Equijump in quick succession - we ordered a girth, and unfortunately it didn't fit, however the team replaced it with such efficiency ! this unfortunately happened twice, and both times they were easy to contact, communicated quickly and posted the replacement out to us almost immediately.

My daughter then unfortunately had an incident where her bridle broke - not the fault of the bridle at all. By the time I got the 20 minutes from work to collect her, I had spoken to the team in Equijump, they had pulled the previous order up confirming the size and had it packed and ready to send so all I had to do was pay online when I arrived with her. The bridle was with me less than 24 hours later.
