Such a great experience with Equafleece! Purchased a while ago and only issue we had was getting our cocker spaniel in and out of it so we contacted them and they agreed to fit a zip on to it for us. Customer service was excellent - great communication, fast alteration and even faster delivery back to us! All in all a really great experience and will definitely recommend them to other dog parents! Thanks so much! :)

I recently returned a coat which was the wrong size(my fault because I guessed the size rather than following the instructions on the website) The item was exchanged promptly with no issue. The quality of the polo neck coat is excellent. My breeder recommended the company to me and I can understand why. Great products and excellent customer service - thank you

If you want a fleece for your dog look no further. The service is second to none and the product is great (we’ve had four now, one for every new dog) and they last. We have many years experience dealing with them and it has always great.

Very helpful staff on email and in person with sizing and returns. Our dog loves his fleeces and they're very high quality.

I would like to say how impressed I am with the Equafleece full zip fleece ( for people).
I purchased the red and the cobalt.
I live and work on Dartmoor and endure harsh wet weather and cold temperatures . These fleeces have kept me dry and warm all winter and quite frankly no other fleece I have purchased have been anywhere as good .
They wash well and take very little time to dry.
An excellent product and very well made.

This is my second international order with Equafleece. The first I ordered summer suits which arrived fast and are fabulous. I recently ordered two fleece suits. The suits fit my hard to fit poodles so good and they absolutely love them! We have had such a cold winter and the suits literally fit like a second skin. So easy to put on and take off. Recommend 100%

What an absolute game changer. I've seen these for a while but with the extreme weather conditions we have had lately I've been washing my dog after every walk. Having followed the instructions the product arrived the following day and I now have a dog who only needs its feet wiped after a walk. My spaniel dashes around and is not impeded by the coat and loves coming home clean. Amazing product and I will now be buying for my other dogs.

I have ordered 6 of the suits over the last 7 years for various dogs and wanted to say that even the oldest ones are still waterproof and warm. They still wash well and zips still work well. Your coats are amazing. Thank you

Amazing company. Great quality products with amazing customer service. This company really puts the customer first, they reply very quickly to any questions you have and ship products out as soon as orders are placed.

My havapoo’s measurements did not match any of the standard sizes. The customer service team was really helpful and you get to live chat with a real person. Brilliant! I had to return the first suit as the neck was too tight. Within 48 hours they had suggested and sent a different sizing and it fitted perfectly. I cannot recommend this company and their products highly enough.

Well what can I say about the customer service with this company. It is beyond exceptional. The coat I had ordered for my dog wouldn’t stay in place & after wearing it several times I contacted them to find if there was anything I could do. It was decided it was too big & they asked me to return it & they would replace which is exactly what happened so promptly & no questions asked. The new one fits much better. The quality is also excellent. I couldn’t recommend them more. Other companies need to take a leaf out of there book. Thank you so much.

Just got my gorgeous dog jumper and we absolutely love it!
My very slim Whippet girls didn't match any of their sizes when I input them on the system so I emailed their CS. Lightening fast response advised which size I should buy - which I did. It came in warp speed and it fits extremely well. Love the colour, design, fit - everything.
CS was very friendly and I felt I was dealing with a reputable and caring company.
No hesitation in recommending.
I will definitely be ordering more for my other 2.

Brilliant experience with Equafleece. Sizing advice was answered in under an hour, orders arrived the next day, and even a backorder came quicker than expected. I have a very large dog and the fit is perfect — keeps him clean on the muddiest walks and washes amazingly, coming out almost dry. Fantastic products and service. So impressed.

Dogs' coats stay in place even when they're running around. A lot of other coats end up underneath and trip the dogs up! They are cosy but shake off the rain too. They last brilliantly and Equafleece provide an exceptional service when it comes to repairs (repair only needed as I have a 'chewer'). First class and turned around in no time at all! The polo jumpers don't strangle the dogs like others with enough room to fish out the collar to put the lead on. Plus my dogs look so handsome in them!

First of all, their products are great quality. I have an older Golden Retriever and the cold is really hitting his joints badly, I love that there is a size for every shape of dog.

But I really, really applaud them for their service. They have consistently been helpful, quick and kind - especially as I had trouble finding the right size for my dog.

I highly recommend to write them an email if you have any questions, you will guaranteed get the right help!

We just had to reach out and share our experience with Equafleece because we have just experienced a level of service so astonishing, we suspect they might actually be wizards moonlighting in tailoring!

My wife sent off Mavericks suit for an alteration —a zip addition and a collar enlargement—on Monday, January 5th. Now, brace yourselves: by 10 AM on Saturday January 10th, the suit was back! Five days! Are these guys running a teleportation service disguised as an alteration shop? Because that was a lightening speed turnaround!

Honestly, we cannot thank them enough. Dressing him is now ridiculously easy and the fit is absolutely perfect.
