The most beautiful photo they painted,,, it’s a Christmas gift but I know the person reviving the painting will be in awe like me!! Also very very helpful communication between me & Epicpaint!

I received a beautiful portrait of my son‘s grandmother, who passed away, and the portrait is now the grandmother and his two small boys. It is absolutely beautiful and I can’t wait to give it to them for Christmas.

This picture was made of my son who passed away at the age of 26 and my 18 month of nephew. They were not able to get a picture taken together. So this was so beautiful and real. I am going to have more made in the future. Thank you.

So far my experience with this company has been wonderful. I ordered 3 different paintings. One came back and was absolutely beautiful. Another came back and wasn’t great so went back and forth with this particular painter for multiple weeks and I wasn’t getting the results or detail that I liked and wanted like the first painting that came back. I contacted the person who did the first painting and asked for that painter to paint my other two paintings. They made sure that both of my paintings had been reassigned to this particular painter. I am still waiting on those two paintings to come back but as far as the one painting I have received it turned out wonderful and so far communication has been well also. It does take a lot of time so if you are wanting one for a specific event or gift I would suggest starting months in advance.

You brought my picture to life and I love every moment of it

Picture did not turn out well at all. Heads all different sizes and hair and sides of some faces actually blurred out and missing. I never responded to the email asking for edits after the second one came back just as poor as the first. I received and was charged for the picture to my surprise as I never said I wanted it, but I’m sure that was in the fine print and I missed it so that’s on me and I accept the money lost. Photo is behind a couch never to be hung up it’s so embarrassing and will end up in the trash.

Placed an order in August. Got my preview shortly after which needed some improvement. I waited for weeks for another preview which I never received. Trying to get an update was a nightmare. I requested a refund which took even longer. Refund was finally received in November.

I was amazed at how well it came out. Be patient as it takes a little while to get the first proof. I just about cried when I saw the first proof and it isn't even for me. I did have to send it back twice to make small adjustments. Once I gave final approval the final print came super quick which was surprising. I cannot wait until he opens it on Christmas. I will never be able to top this gift!!! Thank you again for making this happen!

Painting was nice. Only improvement I would suggest is in the small details. The image I recieved had teeth too big and black spots in the smile which made my niece look different with cavities which wasn’t the most pleasing to the eye. Due to the blurred proof with watermarks, it wasn’t visible in the drafted proof when it was accepted.

They listened to detail and captured exactly what I was looking for. If something needed to be changed they had no problem fixing it.

I had a very specific portrait that I wanted, that involved 8 people, one of whom had to be added in electronically. I did not feel the first attempt met what I was looking for, but when I made myself clearer in messaging back and forth, this company worked with me until I was very, very happy. I received help from people who gave me their names, so I always felt secure it would work out, because I could contact them directly. I realize I had probably a different than normal request, but they were able to make me and 7 other people very happy with the outcome! Thank you Epicpaint, the artist, and all the people I communicated with!

I ordered my first oil painting for my boyfriend. His parents died before his son had two children. So I gathered the photos to combine them all together. He was shocked and very pleased. I will definitely order more..

It was painted wrong. The artist painted my granddaughter wrong put eyeglasses on my son.
