The card has long been ordered, and there is no change on your site. Do i have to wait 4 weeks or more?

Do not use their ACH service. They have very poor customer support. At first they will tell you that ACH transfer will proceed in 1 Day then they will failed to transfer the fund after few days. If you knock them regarding this they will not reply to you. After couple of days they will tell you that for some technical issues transfers are delayed.
They will offer you to transfer in EURO and that's why you will get very low currency conversion rate.
I never recommend this kind of company.

Hello everyone, I have been using epayservice for more than 3 years and I say that it is the best of all the wallets that exists, on all the epayservice support they are very friendly and understandable it is a reliable and secure site in all cases I am satisfied with their service I give them 5 stars and 10/10

I tried to open an account with them, but they refused account opening and refuse to tell me a reason for it. What a joke. I don't think discrimination is legal in Europe without any real grounds for a person who has a flawless credit score.

Hello. My friend Khayal Hasanov has $274 in his Epay service account. Since March 8, we have not been able to extract the money and touch it. They say it will be done as soon as possible. But it's been 3 months and 12 days. Don't believe it. They do not help in finding a solution. @epayservice

Je suis webcameuse sur CAM4 et Stripchat donc les virements à 50 euros sont pas mal. Entrez sur les sites de cam vos identifiants EPAYSERVICES EUROS WALLET comme ça la conversion se fait automatiquement. La première fois que j'ai demandé un virement il y a DES FRAIS A PAYER donc sur 50 euros moins 17 euros les frais (aïe) j'ai vu même pour un transfert il y a 30 euros de FRAIS.
J'ai enfin compris comment le site fonctionne pour les transfert EUROS WALLET à NOTRE BANQUE PERSO FRANCAISE. Il faut demander à Epayservice un IBAN PERSONAL ils vous demanderont des captures d'écrans de votre profil de webcam et de votre adresse mail (depuis un pc pour l'URL). Une fois que votre IBAN Personnel est activé vous pouvez faire des transferts GRATUITS sur votre compte banquaire français (moi je suis chez Nickel banque, j'ai été très surprise de recevoir le paiement le JOUR DE MA DEMANDE DE TRANSFERT). Idéale une banque automatique !
J'espère que mon avis aideront mes collègues cameuses qu'ils/elles fassent attention avec les frais bancaire sans l'IBAN personal qui se demande après avoir crée un compte Epayservice.
Pour ce qui concerne le support UNIQUEMENT EN ANGLAIS (étant bilingue je n'ai pas eu de problème, munissez-vous d'un traducteur et ça fait l'affaire) ils mettent 24h pour me répondre (mail et messagerie du site), le tchat est réactif avec des horaires d'ouverture mais ne peuvent vous créez un IBAN personnal il faut demander depuis la messagerie en écrivant "un ticket" et mentionner l'objet de votre demande.
Je ne laisse pas beaucoup d'avis mais je pense que mon avis sera utile, surtout si j'ai vu que les frais pouvant être gratuits !
Je comprends les mauvais avis quand on regarde et on utilise le site une première fois on regrette un peu de s'y être inscrit. Le support est patient et cordial donc patience est maître mot :)

No responden los correos, desde el inicio de este mes he estado intentado contactar con epayservice porque cambien mi número de teléfono y eso.no me.ha permitido entrar a la cuenta a retirar mi dinero es bastante estresante y preocupante pensar que no responderán y perderé mi dinero

MALÍSIMO. De verdad no lo usen. Tienen retenido más de $2000 dólares desde hace más de 15 días y solo me dan respuestas vagas y sin solución. No hay números de contacto y solo puedes crear un tiket que te responden cada 24 horas. DE VERDAD NO LO USEN. Busquen otros métodos, Paxum o Cosmopayment

Epayservice cards no longer works. Transver to external card not works too, ir write that my country is ukraine, but it is not. I received 109$ they took money for receiving money, took money for montly maintenance , they took money for exchange to eur, they took money to get money and after it they took 35 eur for transver!And after it was only 1 option to send money to my bank cost 35 eur and they asked secret pharse witch i do not know. And after it was left only 64 eur. 35euros for what?? what this bad payment robber site not works ?? 109$ is almost 100 euros, i lost 36 euros.. They only rob your money, made hard to took out from your account. And the transfer takes a long time.. I will not use epayservice if no card available, and they took that much money for transver!!

Right now this scum site is going to steal 320 eu from me as of the 17th may they're going to close my account, They want me to prove something i don't have and if i can't by 17th they keep my money, SCUM! i'll do everything i can to stop people signing up with them,,,,Please read the reviews and believe epayservice will screw you, they say they follow rules Lol i don't think so...........Horrible staff there

I have tried every possible option of theirs to withdraw my funds (1500 euros) and they keep coming up with fresh excuses why the funds cant be transferred. First they stopped external card transfers, then I tried transferring to a euro account and they wanted all my documents going back years for no apparent reason.
BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!

When you ask them about the date of the new card's launch, they just paste the same message over and over again, without actually giving at least an estimate of the date, of the season, of the year, something, anything!!! Their reply is like "we are planning to launch a new card program in the near future, and everybody will receive mass mailing notification, so just wait for it." But it has been almost a year since they keep trying to launch the new card and since we have been waiting, and the customers suffer because of this, so that they can have lower taxes, while our taxes will remain the same (this is what they said and was presented as good news for us in one of the first e-mails after this). They should at least be able to estimate the date, if they wish to cool down the anger of the customers.

And stating that we can still withdraw our money through external cards or banks, well, I have to tell them that this is not a good option, as long as there are those big fees involved.

All in all, it still does not seem fair to me to rate them only one star, like most have done so far, because their service was good before this happened. I hope after they launch the new card (assuming they actually will), the service quality will revert back to how good it was before. I give them 3 stars, considering I was happy with them before this awful issue regarding the new card launch.

I ALSO HOPE THEY HAVE A BETTER ANSWER, A NORMAL ANSWER, A HUMAN-LIKE ANSWER, INSTEAD OF A BOT-LIKE, COPY AND PASTE ANSWER TO THE QUESTION: "WHEN WILL YOU LAUNCH THE NEW CARD???"

No response from my support ticket - I have $100 dollars that I am unable to withdraw to my UK card as all countries are disabled apart from Ukraine. To withdraw to my bank EpayServices want a fee of $45. How is this acceptable?

Dont give me stupid replies, im speaking with the people you scammed and im aware of the fact youre using peoples documents for other purposes and is why you always reject verification, my lawyers are prepared to take actions. Be ready

Since your website is not letting me withdraw my money to an external card, the only option is to do an internal transfer, to send my money back to my payer. I've tried this on the app, and then on the browser, and it doesn't let me. It says that I don't have enough money to send. Are you kidding me? I'm trying to send my whole salary of a month, 868.67 euros and yet your stupid website tells me that is not possible to do that because I don't have enough funds? This service is free, why would your stupid website say this? Are your stealing our money? This is beyond upsetting and frustrating, I can't even have access somehow to my hard earned money! I need to pay my bills and you are getting me into trouble!

I noticed that I can no longer make external transfers.
the only country I can select is Ukraine.
I don't understand why they accepted money if they don't offer you any chance to get it back.?
I don't have a card, because they suspended them, I can't make payments ...
how do i do it

Trying to sign up, I provided a ton of personal information. I waited for a week but eventually my account was just deleted. No explanation was provided. Not a single email received from ePayService. But there IS an explanation: I am from Russia. And I was trying to apply in March, 2022. You all know what's going on at this time. And I understand that people all over the world feel negative about Russia and Russians as people transfer their feelings about Putin's War to Russians in general. I feel negative about this war no less than the majority of the world. Except that they are in a safe place and I feel like a hostage of a terrorist gang, seeking any help to escape. I would accept an answer like: "Sorry, but we currently don't accept applications from Russia." But just silently deleting an account is kind of RUDE. Watching as others dehumanize themselves, don't do this to yourself, dear ePayService.
