Horrible immigration service. First of all. We were three months prior to expiry of our visa. Business plan everything was submitted in the best way possible. First one person handled, then he quit, then another one and then another one. It kept going on like this and eventually we had to email the government authorities to see what went wrong. So I entrepreneurs visa there are two procedure. One is for visa, another is for the registry in startups. These people only finished the second step and did not apply for the visa even thought we paid for it. Eventually the time period of 6 months got lapsed( during this period no solid answer), and we had to suffer from not getting the visa. Please stay away

Please don’t trust this company.over the past 12 months they have completely messed up my social security and tax registration and left me in debt of over 3000 euros with the government. They’re not responding to emails or offering compensation. They are completely incompetent. During the first year of my babies life which has enough stress they have caused me huge financial distress. Please do not engage , pay a hit

We dealt with Entre Trámites for the purposes of obtaining Spanish Digital Nomad Visa, Empadronamiento and Civil Partnership (Pareja de Hecho). Since our visa is still in the process, for now I'll leave review regarding dealing with them on Pardon and Civil Partnership matters.
In short, we are very happy with their services & based on our experience, we would highly recommend Entre Trámites for 3 main reasons:
(1) their advisors are very knowledgeable & professional (staff of another firm, with much higher fees, knew much less than E.T.),
(2) they have 24-h policy, meaning that each email will be addressed within 24 hours, which, we can confirm, they are adhering to,
(3) they have super competitive fees (we were obtaining few quotes, so speaking from experience).
In more details, we worked with Katherine González Nebrijo, who not only promptly replied to all our emails, but also addressed every single of our multiple questions as well as accommodated our numerous changes of plans. She made both processes (of us obtaining Padron & Civil Partnership) very smooth & pleasant by giving us detailed guidance, providing us with precise list of documents, booking suitable for us appointments & even supplying us with the a letter detailing our request in Spanish language (which we don't speak), which helped us during getting Empadronamiento.
