Terrible. Send them 2 ID cards to translate, they send me documents translated back from other lady.
Must be really careful with the documents and looks like they are not. Terrible service. I will spend more waiting time to fix this big issue.

El servicio brindado no fue el esperado, la información no es clara, pero pongo tres estrellas para esperar cómo será el resultado! En el chat me hablaron tres diferentes personas, y me escribían a cualquier hora de la noche, en fin… mucho para crecer si quieren ser una compañía 5 estrellas! Espero tener una mejor experiencia mi próxima vez que necesite el servicio.
