I'm a participant in a charity event…
I'm a participant in a charity event later this year, whose fundraising is hosted by Enthuse - so far, the experience has been totally positive. Registration was straightforward, and there is a secure but user-friendly system for editing and publishing personal and team news on our page. Enthuse also has a super-helpful customer support team, who have very quickly responded to and solved the two queries we have raised with them. This has enabled us to focus on our team's training, and on disseminating our news with easy links to the donation point. A first-rate service!
Great service as always
The Enthuse team are always incredibly helpful and very quick at answering/responding to any queries. This is always appreciated as a lot of our work is time-sensitive. Emma Smith and Rishika Bhalla have both been particularly helpful and extremely professional recently, and I really value their support.

They make it nearly impossible to avoid…
They make it nearly impossible to avoid "tipping" them for the service of donating to charity. How much does it really cost to process all the payments? Certainly not £4 on top of any donation received. Scam artists leeching of peoples generosity.

Rishika was extremely helpful in dealing with my issue. I am not fully upskilled in the use of Enthuse but Rishika did not make me feel inadequate and made very helpful suggestion to help me understand.
Jared is the best!!
Jared was extremely helpful, solving all my problems and suggesting options that I didn't know existed. He made my experience so much easier and the end product was much superior to what I thought I could have produced. I cannot rate him highly enough I really look forward to working with him again
Helpful insight sessions
Regular catch ups and insight sessions with our Account Manager at Enthuse, Priya, are immensely helpful. I always go away from our calls with recommendations, actions to improve our supporter stewardship, and insights from the sector. So, I'm very grateful for our relationship with Enthuse.
No Guest Check Out Option
Annoying as it's impossible to donate as a guest user. You have to enter your full address and phone number, etc. I'd say many people leave when they get to this point which results in many lost donations.
Easy to use and good support
We have used Enthuse as an event platform for the last 3 years and have found it easy to set up and the support team are available if there are issues. It has enabled us to cut down on admin which has been very helpful. I developed a good relationship with Jared due to his enthusiastic and efficient approach.

Jared has been a font of knowledge, I would be truly lost without his guidance. In the past he has responded to any queries I have had promptly and been able to provide a solution - this instance has been the same. He also provides further information/guidance that he feels will enhance our user experience which is always greatly received.
