I sent my donation to the right charity but wrong page! Enthuse were amazing at responding to my email and sending funds to correct page....a first class service and very professional staff, would highly recommend using their site.

Emma Smith very quickly responded and dealt with my request to add gift aid to my donation.

No nonsense approach to fundraising - interface is user friendly and pretty self-explanatory (love the test page where you can review as many times as needed). I really like how our fundraising page, donations and raffles have the RS branding and colours, so that it looks like it is our own, and also the fact when the event goes live, it can still be edited (e.g. close date for raffle extended).
Jared has been extremely helpful it getting our campaigns set up and coming back to me promptly with an answer if I get a bit confused. The monthly catchups are brilliant, as it is often easier to understand when talking with someone directly than trying to read off 'how to' docs.
If Heineken made fundraising platforms - Enthuse would be it!:)

Donated £20 to a friend’s challenge and as a taxpayer, authorised the platform to claim £5 taxback on top. My donation was listed as £20 on my friend’s page. Enthuse then deducted £25 from my bank account. If the £5 is the taxback then it’s not supposed to come from the donor and if it’s an administrative charge then it’s extortionate. My query email to them has been completely ignored. Won’t be donating through this platform again and certainly won’t be recommending it to others.

I spoke with Danielle Taylor who was a huge help with my issue, he replies were prompt and resolved my issue quickly.

Although there is an initial automated contact in the support / customer service section, members of the team are very happy to arrange a personal call or online meet to discuss any queries further. I changed the "voulntry tip" amount, but it went back up, so they added a whopping 20% of my donation amount before checkout just for them.

After signing up for a charity run I noticed there was an error with my fundraising link.
I brought it to the attention of the organisers and Danielle Taylor was amazing. Danielle emailed me back almost immediately and managed to correct the error. Everything is now working as it should. Very impressed with the quick service and friendly manner in which Danielle dealt with me.

Emma Smith went out of her way to help me solve the login issue I was having. And even when it was shown to be totally my error she was super polite and supportive. Thank you Emma

Their system of charging is very wrong. People are raising money for charity and enthuse are taking 12.5% of that unless you check the details carefully. It is easy to miss the “is it ok to add 12.5%?”
Don’t use for fund raising

I had a very quick response to my query and Danielle Taylor was a great help in supporting me with what I needed.

Very dissapointed to find I was charged a 'voluntary tip' to this company when donating £25.00 to a friends campagne. An extra £5.00 was added withought my consent, I find this highly unethical and immoral that they are profitting off a charity donation. Have complained to customer service but of course no refund is forthcoming.

Shivana had been in touch with me for a few months prior to me purchasing an enthuse subscription. She has a great approach to sales, identifying the needs enthuse would address in my organisation without being too in your face at any time. She's an absolute credit to Enthuse.

I was rather stressed about the fact that I had two fund raising pages and dreaded trying to do anything about it in case I messed up .
