Placed an order before Christmas, was told it had shipped on 10 Jan, still not arrived. When trying to track it takes me to the MyHermes webpage where I get a message to contact the shipper.
Very hard to get through to them, only option is an online chat service. Spoke with somebody who said they could 'see what the problem was' and that they needed to wait for a response from MyHermes and they would get back to me within 48 hours. This was two weeks ago and still has not happened.
An absolute disgrace, the England Rugby team (who I still believe in) shouldn't have any association with these thieving clowns.

Update - in fairness to them they have now responded, and politely as well. They have cancelled the original order, refunded the postage and say they are sending out a replacement item. If it arrives it will be two months late but at least they have shown willing.

Very poor customer service. Had to return faulty item, which was a christmas present. The communication poor, took ages to get refund or any responce. Still waiting to get my postage refunded. Webchat pointless as told incorrect information. Would not recommend

Ordered and paid for dhl express shipping tracked item and it never left the store. They then apparently sent out another parcel but this has never arrived. Disgusting customer service they never respond to emails. I am now having to lodge a fraud claim with my bank do not order from these they take your money and there are never any goods.

MY SUSPISION IS THIS IS A CHINESE OUTFIT, TAKES MONTHS FOR STOCK TO ARRIVE , SIZES ARE WAY OUT, THEY ARE BASED IN MANCHESTER ALLEGEDLY BUT NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER SMELLS LIKE CHINESE GOODS ALL OVER

Never order from this website! An absolute shambles!!! I order a delivery for Christmas and it took forever to come and then I tried to return it but I have had no emails or correspondence from the company when my order went through, was dispatched etc. I tried to sign in on my account, it says I don’t have one, tried to reset my password but it doesn’t come through. I spoke online to somebody who said they cannot find my order for ages and then said they found it but it was some complete random persons order!!! So stressful! All I want to do was return my product but now I can’t and I am stuck with a unsuitable item!

Bought two hoodies at the start of December ready for Christmas presents. It is now mid Jan and still no hoodies. I contacted the website today asking where is my order, and this is when they inform me that they are struggling to get stock so will issue me a refund. Before this interaction that I initiated, they didn’t send me one email telling me of their struggle. So, for all I know I could have been waiting a few more weeks for these hoodies if I hadn’t decided to contact them. Terrible service!

Products arrived on time and not damaged etc. I paid £4.95 on top of the £20 item for delivery. But the sizing chart is awful. I chose a ladies large tshirt, would be lucky if it fit a young teenager. Its TINY. Prob a uk suze 10. Now i have to return it for ANOTHER charge of £4.95. Thats 50% of the tshirt cost. If i am lucky their sizes have enough X's, which is unlikely, I bet they'll try charging ANOTHER £4.95. Its not an acceptable cost for something so small, light and unbreakable.
Needs reviewing urgently.

Having ordered from the England Rugby Store on several occasions I knew that they are not the quickest and it can take up to 2 weeks to receive your goods, so when my son wanted an England rugby shirt and jogging bottoms for Christmas I got in early and placed my order early November, both items were showing as in stock.

By the 1st week of December I still hadn't received an update so I rang the contact number and was informed that one of the items was out of stock and they were waiting for more stock to come in before dispatching my complete order. I asked whether it was likely this would happen before Christmas as the items were a Christmas gift, and I was told yes. I also asked why, if 1 item was out of stock did they not contact me to cancel that item and send out the item that was in stock, and to ensure Christmas delivery that would be my preference. I was then told that the in stock item was also now out of stock, but both items were due in within the next few days.

Roll on to 21st December, email from the club shop informing me that they had cancelled by ordered as they were unable to fulfil it.

So brilliant, from placing an order in early November I am then left 4 days before Christmas without the gifts my son wanted for Christmas and no time to order replacements from anywhere else.

Sorry England Rugby Store but you have let yourselves down, as well as your fans, and I will be purchasing goods from elsewhere from now on.

I placed an order with England Rugby in November and my delivery was going to arrive on the 9th of December, they lost it and sent out another one that never turned up. Emailed customer services and they were useless asking me the same questions when I already asked for my order to be re sent. They dispatched it yesterday, we will see if it actually turns up. It was a Christmas present, never again!!!

Utterly shocking. No Christmas gifts, useless customer services.

Avoid avoid avoid! Ordered a shirt on 30 November for Christmas. They lost it. Will not refund my money until they know what has happened with the shirt. Customer service pathetic!

Absolutely shocking! Ordered November 28th. Received email to say there was an issue with shipping they were changing courier. Its now the 21st and still waiting. The generic emails you get in return are a joke.

Products are ok, postage is extortionate considering it doesn’t arrive on time and arrives damaged. Customer service is appalling and on that basis would not order from them again, better off ordering from 3rd party site. 23 emails to and fro and still problem has not been sorted satisfactorily. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely appalling customer service, I have been trying to get an item delivered from them for over a month. Between them and their choice of courier Hermes, they are completely incompetent and not interested in being helpful. Have asked for a refund and will not be purchasing from them again.

Quite possibly the worst buying experience I have ever had. I have spent the last 2 months trying to get a refund on returned/ cancelled items. Their levels of incompetence are unbelievable. Ive tried messaging, calling, emailing, social media but they are absolutely useless. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM unless you want to spend hours of time getting nowhere and potentially be out of pocket on top. DO NOT BUY!!

terrible customer service. Ordered 5 items. All are overdue. Customer services has promised delivery but weeks go past with nothing delivered. I was actually checking websites to see if this is a scam company they are so poor

Received an email saying 20% off sitewide ...Black Friday..”Great, Xmas pressie time!”, I thought.......no such luck! Most items are excluded from the sale ......definitely NOT sitewide!......can sort of expect a few exclusions but this takes the biscuit!!!!! To top off the insult they then wanted £4.95 delivery from my Undiscounted basket ! Needless to say, emptied basket and will go elsewhere ☹️
