Customer service is crap I have sent 10 emails I ordered 2x trunks and one gloves and received contact lenses from Hermes that england rugby say they don’t sell and now being fobbed off for a refund do not buy from this firm

I would have given a 0 if this review let me. I ordered 3 face masks and they took 3 months to turn up. STAY WELL CLEAR I SUSPECT CHINESE PRODUCTS DUE TO THE LENGTH OF TIME FOR THE GOODS TO ARRIVE

Ordered shorts that came way too small, went to send the return back and cost me £5 to return!
Sent them back 30/09/2020, it’s now 17/11/2020 still no refund despite them saying it will take up to 14 days. I even have tracking orders to confirm they’ve received it.
Were they keeping my money and just hoping I wouldn’t notice?
Advice: don’t buy from here it’s not worth the hastle!
Quick to take my money out of my account but not so efficient in giving it back.

Ordered 2 items , one I paid extra delivery for to arrive next day on 6th November - 14th November and still no order arrived . Wish I had checked these reviews before I ordered - this is terrible . I will be chasing for a refund somehow .

Placed an order at the beginning of October that was meant to arrive within a couple of days. Still waiting to receive the products over a month later. No updates provided by the company as to expected delivery and yet the same products are still being advertised online with next day delivery. Avoid at all costs.

I have to say I agree with the comments on here from other disappointed customers. I've only worn 1 for a couple of times and already it is falling apart.

Real shame to see an official team website indulging in such blatant profiteering.

I decided to order some face coverings from the online store, £15 for 3 plus delivery. The delivery was standard time but the coverings are awful !! They never stay in shape on your face, the ear openings are small and very uncomfortable and you usually end up with most of the rose rolling back inside the covering. The material is very catchy also, all in all I would definitely put anyone off ordering these masks !!! Very disappointed in merchandise from our official national rugby team website

Ordered the face masks with England Rose. Arrived much later than advised. No apology from the store nor could they care that product was going to be late.
The quality of the masks are substandard (c**p), the Rose is cheaply ironed on as is the material. The ear loops hurt and are incredibly uncomfortable. I noticed that they are made in Egypt? Why are we an England team but do not use some of our wonderful English companies???
I’ve been a supporter for 40+ years but no more. You don’t care about your buyers nor do you care about the supporters. You only care about the money you quickly take. Start listening to those who keep our wonderful team going.

Very bad customer service. I ordered a top and decided I wanted to return it. The links to start the process didn’t work, and the customer services email team ignored me 8 times. I am now stuck with a top I do not want, that I have paid for and no one at ERS cares. I love the england rugby team but I will never order any or their kits etc from this store again . STAY AWAY - they will kee your money and ignore you.

Made an order which included face coverings. Nothing arrived, after contacting customer service it transpired that the face masks were delayed until 17/7 so whole order held up. Was told I could cancel face masks or wait. Whilst deliberating the order including face masks arrived. Shame I didn't cancel, look closely at the graphic and you will see the ear loops are so small that Peter Pan would struggle to get over his ears. Even after washing still too small, waste of money.

Ordered two training tops and they were dispatched the same day. Canterbury sizing is very weird; I’m a medium in kit, need a large for training tshirts, and XL for training vests!

The only thing that lets the experience down is that they use Hermes for delivery. Possibly the worst delivery firm in the country for delays, missing packages and just downright delivering to the wrong address. I paid extra for next day delivery and walked out of my house 3 days later to find my order left on my doorstep with no warning, ALONG WITH my neighbour’s package as well! Ditch Hermes and it’d be 5 star.

I ordered an England Hoodie in February 2020. Disappointed with the weight and quality I returned the item mid February as directed. I sent the item by First Class Royal Mail but am still waiting for a refund. I have tried to contact ERS subsequently by email/telephone but get no response or my calls are cut off by an automated response. This is simply not good enough from such a large organisation. Over the past few years I have spent hundreds of pounds watching England and buying team merchandise.....after this experience no more!!! I shall not be renewing my First XV membership either👎

I have ordered two items that were too big in size and wanted to return them. A month after they have confirmed the items reached the store, I still did not get the money back. Terrible service! Still waiting to be paid back! They advertise they return the money within 14 days? Month later, I am still waiting!

“Order by 8pm for same day dispatch” Ordered on a Sunday so expected dispatch on the Monday (for an in stock item) couriers only acknowledged receipt on the Thursday morning. So items not arrived in time for the Saturday game. Really poor communications too from England Rugby Store

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. DO NOT USE!
I waited 6 weeks for my order to arrive in Australia......and it never did.....
Emails were ignored asking about the status of my order, which meant I eventually called the customer service team from Australia. My concerns were brushed off, there was no opportunity to escalate my complaint and the 'advisor' (I use the term very loosely) was extremely rude and dismissive.
I was told I could re-order, re-pay and add extra cost for priority shipping and they would refund my original fee. I came away strongly believing that my order had never been shipped in the first place!
A really disappointing outcome, particularly when using a store that claims to be the official store of England Rugby. I am amazed that England Rugby continue to be associated with it to be honest! Not great for the brand at all.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Daughter sent link to item on website, when she sent it the price was £56, when I ordered via link I was charged £70. When I told daughter we looked at website it was still £56.
Numerous emails later I have no answer or refund of difference. Email replies are total waffle

Will never ever use them again. Really useless customer service. So angry
