Amazing staff who go above and beyond
The young man that I spoke with was absolutely amazing. I was so worried about calling and had been putting it of for ages because I was so scared of losing my home. If everyone who answered the phone was like him, I'd have called every month. I can't praise him enough.

This company has maliciously targeted me, they are awful in service, they lie about fees. Their staff are rude and incompetent. Avoid at all costs.

ENGAGE CREDIT are crooks the company have ruined me , I’ve had to sell my property due to their methods
Increased my mortgage payments by £12,000 with their extortionate interest rates , don’t go near them

A pleasant experience speaking to the person who answered the phone.
We went through security and she was able to answer my questions efficiently.
She was also very compassionate and listened to what i had to say.
She also asked for my permission to add to the system my disclosure.

Called with a few questions relating to my mortgage and within 5 minutes, Abbi had answered all of them in a friendly and professional manner. First time I’ve had to call, and compared to a lot of companies these days, it was a fairly painless experience. 👏🏻👏🏻

Fantastic service - I would like to express my appreciation…
I would like to express my appreciation for the exceptional service I received from Engage Credit throughout my remortgage process. The team was consistently helpful, responding promptly to all my queries and efficiently providing any information requested.
The customer service was highly reliable across all the advisors I interacted with. Most recently, Abi handled my queries with a professional, friendly, and welcoming approach, always taking the time to address my concerns without being dismissive. This level of service was consistently demonstrated by other advisors as well, indicating a standardised and genuinely customer-focused approach, a rarity in the industry today.
Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to engage with Engage Credit again in the future and would confidently recommend their services to others.

You do not have much idea about customer service. Your website talks about help but in reality you offer no proactive help at all.
