Allerede nu under et døgn efter jeg havde problemer, er det blevet løst.
Ku jeg gi mere end 5 stjerner havde jeg gjort det.
Super god kunde service..!!!!!!
Har ikke fået aktiveret spillet da koden allerede var brugt af en anden bruger. Jeg har fået refunderet pengene for spillet.
Det gik super hurtigt og smertefrit..!!

Please note that it is impossible to create an Eneba account on our marketplace with an e-mail address that had already had a registration beforehand. As such, it simply means that you have not previously created an account with us and have just completed your first registration. Purchase and order history is retroactive, so if you ever placed an with the e-mail address in question, that means they will be visible upon creating an account.
As such, if you have finalized your registration process and created an account, you should now be able to create a ticket without any issues. Please make sure to do so and in addition to that, reply to the inquiry we had sent through Trustpilot whenever you are able to.

Pas på, det er et Svindelfortagende! De udgav sig for at være Norton virusprogram på nettet og da jeg ringede nummeret op, bad de om mine kortoplysninger for at ville refundere et beløb, hvorefter de har trukket 2.500 kr. Under telefonsamtalen blev det tydligt at de var svindlede da de prøvede at sende en betaling på 4.500kr til at jeg skulle godkende det, hvilket jeg nægtede, men da havde jeg allerede givet dem konto oplysninger og senere var der trukket penge på min konto.

Please note that Eneba, as a marketplace, is not directly associated with Norton, and neither any of our staff would ever impersonate or call anyone for such reasons (as we do not ever conduct phone calls for any means, nor have an active phone number that can be called). All communication from our side in terms of our support team comes strictly via e-mail, which is used only to resolve issues for customers of our platform, or collect their feedback regarding our marketplace.
Based on the description of your experience, it appears that you were targeted by an online scammer (commonly reffered to Social Engineering), who has attempted to extract funds from you via illegal means. In this situation, we highly suggest to instead reach out to your local authorities to report this situation, and if you had shared any of your personal information (such as payment details) to immediately change them and secure them via 2FA means wherever possible, to ensure no further loss of funds of any kind, alongside stopping immediate contact with the individuals in question (if you haven't yet done so). If any funds were taken from your account, please also report this situation to both your payment provider and banking institution, who will be able to hopefully help you recover any lost funds as well.
