Encharge isn't my first attempt into marketing automation, but it is my most successful one.

Ease of use:
Encharge is super easy to use. The UI is intuitive and easy to navigate. Creating a flow is easy as 1 2 3. Select triggers, setup an e-mail flow and you're ready to go. Oh and why not add the new subscribter to the facebook audience while we're on the go?

Possibilities:
- Setup smart flows that will save tons of work.
- Creating beautiful e-mails or newsletters have never been easier. It's all drag and drop, slickly built and with a professional look and feel.
- It's possible to A/B test / verification of email and so on.
- I can finally target my emails to the write audience and make them more personal using tags!
- You can see the actions of each user with the unmissable user profiles.
And there are many other options like lead scoring and segmentation.

I haven't discovered and used all of the functionality yet, but I'm thrilled to use it and have a professional marketing automation system.

I can configure it with my hosting service to achieve improved deliverability and open rates. Less likely to be considered spam. I saw deliverability and open rates double up within the first week.

It also comes with a free email validity checker. In the first week, I detected 2 people who had left their organizations and removed their emails.

Drag-and-drop block system that makes creating emails super easy. Allows duplication of previous broadcasts and emails.

Ability to add CC & BCC to broadcasts.

Has a beautiful automation creation map function that's based on actions taken or not taken by recipients.

And you can send it at the recipient's time zone too.

You can tag and segment your contact list.

Features they're working on are the ability to send broadcasts to more than one segment at a time and analytics to see who didn't receive the emails.

CONS

No lists feature! Either you need to use sub accounts as multiple lists or preferably prefix "List" for tags.
Importing from your existing email marketing provider can be a headache as tags can't be programmatically added in the CSV. Or am I missing something here?
The premium features like Segment Integration, Salesforce Integration, Event-Based Segments, Transactional Emails, are missing. Atleast Event-based segments? C'mon!
No option for nested conditions while segmenting
No option for periodic triggers - only one time schedule trigger there for automation builder
The subscriber field of "Start trial" should be "Subscribed on" - seems very SaaSish
No eCommerce or WordPress integrations. Site tracking and liquid templating feel so empty without eCommerce.

Encharge is actually a perfect alternative to ActiveCampaign and Automizy. It is not your everyday bland email autoresponder! No, It is much more and it is much better. Encharge is a very powerful platform with reliable deliverability! It is amazing for its simplicity, creating workflows is one of its most potent Features. Composing emails is so easy and fluid. has a modern design, where the UI is simple and fast. has a great, has an extensive list of integrations (current and planned) it has some wonderful templates, an intuitive drag and drop builder. one of its awesome features is the in-built automatic email validation. and since the company is an EU based company, you could be sure that GDPR compliance is at its core.

A friend recommend it to me and I'm glad I checked it out. It;s been very helpful. Easy to use interface with lots of options to get your message to people. Once I got used to it, I liked it even better than other services I have used, including Aweber and ConvertKit.

I love it that it integrates with Pabbly, which opens up a ton of options for how to can use it. Definitely worth a look if you use email marketing.

Importing existing contacts was easy. I like it that it checks emails on the way in to keep the list in good shape. And it allowed me to streamline my sequences, which was good.

Verry happy with Encharge.

It fits perfectly for my usecase and they have integrations what i look for. A decent software with smooth workflow, the support is awesome. The ease of use, flow builder and segmentation is better than many of the email providers out there. Thier automations and integrations and they have even webhook which opens up lot of connections besides thier direct integrations which made this a best product out there

I've been using Encharge for just a few weeks and now it's replacing and complementing other Saas I use to manage, newsletters, automations, and all kinds of emails I send to my lists.
The integrations and the possibilities of automations directly linked are excellent. I was already using systems for automations. I find very useful both the detailed guides and the tips and ideas suggested through the newsletter that punctually arrives.

great tool with excellent growth e new features in arrival

After some time working with tools like Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign, I must admit that I have been very surprised by a tool like Encharge, as I see it as a fully capable replacement for these tools.

You will find in Encharge a complete marketing automation platform very powerful and attractive. The user interface is easy to use and very intuitive when working with it. The visual builder handles the whole process of building your flows quite well and easily, making it all child's play. There are flow templates available, and each one comes with a short tutorial on how to set up the flow and implement it.

I just started using them and beyond impressed with the ease of setting up flows. It's robust yet simple.

They have a lot of integrations but I am waiting for a few more that will make this even better.

They have some unique workarounds for now. And I have some too. But as they grow (which I am 100% certain they will!) It is going to be a leader.

They have some really well written email prompts. They also go deeper with their answers to questions than most. For example: they explain email deliverability and how to switch over to them better than most other email providers.

I've tested 6 or 7 out in the past few months and they are at the top!

If you're running a business online you need to communicate effectively with your leads, prospects and customers. Email is still a major part of that but automation is the key to getting real results from it. I've used lots of email autoresponse apps but most were either too expensive or too complicated to make them viable long term. For me, Encharge is the first true email automation app to offer behaviour based automation and personalisation with a visual-based flow builder that makes getting started with your first campaign a breeze. The only time I've felt something missing is when I've wanted to integrate my campaigns with another app I own but still managed to find a way via a connector app such as Pabbly or Zapier. I have already recommended Encharge to colleagues and have no doubt it will go on to be a major player.

The Ui of the software is amazing, and it works perfectly well.

It has powerful tools and it's easy to use and set up. And biggest alternative to active campaign.

The support team is amazing and fast, it feels like an extension of our team because they there whenever we need them ready to help.

The features included in Encharge are awesome and it's better than other famous and more expensive tools.

One thing that I did not like about the software is that it doesn't have the option to create a list.

Encharge is an amazing email marketing which includes: broadcast, automation and workflow in the same app.

I have been using many email applications in the past, I use to like ActiveCampaign just because of marketing automation and sequencing but due to high cost I was looking for a replacement app. And for me Encharge is very close to Active Campaign

We’ve been trying different email marketing platforms in the last few months – and I think we’ve found the right one! At first, we just tried out Encharge because we were intrigued by its high ratings. We wanted to see what sets it apart from other email marketing platforms that we’re already familiar with and if it’s worth the hype that it has been receiving.

Let’s be honest – it can be tedious to move your contacts from one place to another – especially if you’ve already set different tags and segments to all of them. But so far, it’s been easy navigating through Encharge’s platform and is continuously exceeding our expectations. They have features that don’t exist in other platforms – or if the have something similar – Encharge has done it better.

The magic happens with their flow designers mapping capability. For all levels of experience, an intuitive interface is available. It's simple to construct dynamic and conditional information. The icing on the cake is their website logging, which provides a rundown of how users engage with different pieces of content, which you can tag and section again.

Overall this tool is super powerful and super easy to use so if you're looking for something to dive in and get going right away, then it's definitely worth checking out. One thing that stands out are the event-based triggers that can be tied into advanced automation sequences on their drag and drop builder, where they also feature several useful integrations.

This is perfect for people who have a saas business and want to connect with their users in a timely manner when they take very specific actions. Advanced segmentation allows you to hyper Target users by combinations of different events and actions that they take, so that your messages for onboarding and connecting to your customer are extremely relevant to their journey using your product.

This tool is off to a great start and the potential that it has once it releases its woocommerce and Shopify integrations for everybody will be massive. That will be one step in the right direction of making this tool useful for everybody but as of right now I think that they have done a great job focusing on a specific niche and executing well with a unique functionality.
