This is by far the most exciting tool I've ever used for email marketing. It made email targeting specific audiences very easy with the filtering features on its segments. Basically, I can now filter my audiences from different sources and filter them > target them with specific messages based on marketing campaigns, sources, days, and many more!!!!!!!!

The targeting is so good, initially i were to try on activecampaign and encharge. But after trying encharge, it has all i wanted, so i didt bother trying activecampaigns.

Really excited to connect with other tools i had such as chatbot and quiz tools and connect them with encharge to automate each responses or combine the resources.

This was hands down one of the best purchases I have made thus far with my new business. I have literally scraped the internet trying to find good products with an economical price and FOUND IT! Im not knew to the world of automation but I am fairly new to the marketing world and after doing some research I was able to integrate this tool with a good amount of products. Thats a plus! I mean what good would this product be if it could not integrate. To make a long story short you will lose out on this purchase. Trust me you will need it!

A lot of new tools in the market compare themselves with the well-established players in the SaaS market, but a few really walk the talk. To me it looks like Encharge is on the right path to that. It's not there yet, as there are several bugs that needs a bit of work, but their team appears to ge eager to get there.
Encharge has all the basics of an excellent marketing automation tool nailed on. The visual canvas builder is excellent and surprisingly smooth & responsive. The overall user interface is very intuitive and the whole onboarding is fantastic with a lot of video tutorials.

What a great service! Encharge is my new all in one email marketing and automation app. I am a fairly new user of this tool so Ive been testing it out thoroughly and the more I learn the better it becomes! So far I am able to replace 6 different tools I have been paying monthly for (OMG!) and it integrates with a pile of other tools I already use - great so far! The segmentation abilities are really good and the flow builder is an excellent tool and so simple and intuitive to use. Instead of feeling overwhelmed with learning a new tool it just works, which is incredibly refreshing - exciting even! If you need an email marketing automation tool, that goes the extra 10 mile, Encharge will charge up your business and save you a pile of time all at once - one of my best software purchases to date - highly recommended.

Encharge has one of the most user-friendly interfaces I've ever seen in an ESP. In less than 30 minutes, I learned everything I needed to know on how to use it.

Their knowledge base is packed with guides and information that are simple to grasp and apply. And if something is missing, don't hesitate to contact support. They responded to my questions quickly and effectively.

Also, I liked a lot their dynamic segmentation system. You can create and customize segments that contain the people that you want. This gives me the ability to customize at a granular level my marketing messages so as to maximize the experience of my followers (something I'm eager to experiment a lot).

Great work, I'm waiting to see more integrations in the future, hopefully with the Divi WordPress template.

It's easier to use than I ever imagined.

I'm not good with technology, every time I need to learn how to use a new tool it takes me weeks (sometimes months)!

With Encharge, this didn't happen at all.

In a matter of two hours, I learned how to:
- Create an email automation campaign;
- Send email broadcasts to a list;
- Tag people to send them through different automation;
- Connect Encharge to my lead generation funnels;
- Integrate this tool into Facebook to generate custom
audiences for my advertising campaigns.

I learned all this with Encharge's explanatory videos and full knowledge base. Thanks to all these resources, I could cut down my learning curve by weeks!

What I liked most about this platform compared to others is the number of integrations they have. Instead of forcing you to use their platform and ditch the other ones that may have the same features... they integrate with them!
This means that their focus is on making it as easy as possible for their users to get the results they are looking for.

I recommend it to all newbies who want to start email marketing (if a 50+-year-old learns how to use it fast, I'm sure anyone can master it too).

Encharge is an email marketing platform that is easy to use and simple. It has a powerful feature of website tracking. I was easy to import the contacts from forms on my website to the app.

I love the simplicity of the tool. Simple and straight forward easy to use. What I like about encharge is the ability to create flows for third party tools (Stripe, mailchimp, hubspot etc.) basically functionality of Zapier inside encharge, that’s amazing. Then you are getting Site tracking and Form tracking which are bonus features for an email marketing tool. drag and drop email builder is awesome, but I miss the prebuilt email templates, if in future that can also be added it would be very convenient for users, A/B testing is cool. There are lots of third party integrations available, which helps you to extend the ability of the tool further. Overall encharge is a great tool, I’m loving it.

The software is very intuitive and the automation flows are very nice to setup, the customer support is amazing and the segmentation and lead scoring features are just what we need to nurture and segment our leads and our client's leads.

We were very frustrated with the lack of a native form builder inside the software, we have to go to an external app to connect with encharge which, in the current market status we consider a below the par offer. There are similar apps that offer native form builders (and landing page builders) even with their free tier. Not everyone is a coder and can create zaps (paying for zaps) to use a form in their landing page.

We are not very happy with the software, we will consider to continue using if the software can have their own native form builder since to create an integration for each of our clients and / or our own landing pages is not what we look into automation software.

I provide a predominantly online consulting service. We are small and wear many hats. Good tools are a must. Encharge is a great email tool that makes collecting emails and automation simple. Encharge is exactly what we needed and I am very happy that we gave it a try.

I’m really pleased I found Encharge. I have used quite a few email marketing apps with various levels of automation, from the popular inexpensive choices to a few enterprise solutions. All have pluses and minuses. From my use of Encharge so far I would say it compares well to any of those I have used.

The email building options are great, with a choice of approaches available. There’s a clean and simple editor and a well thought out drag and drop builder. I usually use templates I’ve developed separately and adapt them to the ESP I’m using, which is also easy to do with Encharge.

The automation flows are very nicely implemented. It’s very fluid and intuitive to build, and far more straightforward than some of the tools I have used. Segmentation and triggering capabilities are at least as good as any of them.

Deliverability is a key concern. I gave up on a self hosted email application because it was just too much work to police deliverability issues on my own server. One or two of the services I’ve used were not that great for deliverability, though the enterprise oriented products are excellent - they have to be. Encharge is set up to be excellent in the deliverability area, and they make it clear they will not allow the service to be degraded by poor reputation senders, so I expect it to stay that way.

There are almost unlimited ways to integrate campaigns with other apps, either through integration services like Zapier, through direct hookups with a list of specific apps, and through an API.

So far I have found a few small quirks, like the editor not working in the older version of Safari I have on one machine (Chrome is fine though), and a strange organization of some settings under the cryptic account section, rather in the settings section where you might actually look for them. Minor issues compared to the overall functionality.

Overall I find Encharge to be an amazing value and a great choice for what I intend to use it for: automating email campaigns and integrating with other apps for marketing automation, fulfillment and tracking. I think it’s a great choice already, and the roadmap indicates it will keep getting better.

I was looking for a long time for an Email Marketing tool to offer similar automation like others known in the Market. Luckily, I had the opportunity to be introduced to Encharge from a colleague.
Encharge is a great Email Marketing tool that offers an amazing UX and UI. When I was introduced to it, I knew that it was time to make the shift and say goodbye to other known costly solutions out there. You'll love the email builder because it's really cool and easy to use. Its drag-and-drop technology is so great, you'll wish that all of your online work was this easy. The customer service also is great with a couple of questions that I had and replied to me immediately. One of my favorite features is the User Segmentation! It's so easy to use, and it's super helpful for automating your email marketing campaigns and behavior-based segmentation. A great way to send targeted emails. I strongly recommend it to anyone that is looking for an email marketing tool and looks for an alternative of the ones that are known in the market.

Wonderful marketing automation tool
I save a lot of time and money with Encharge. The features included in Encharge are awesome and it's better than other famous and more expensive tools.

It's very easy to get started in Encharge & the granular controls the service provides in setting up automation are exactly what I'm looking for! Being able to automate the system so that everyone on my list can receive the most relevant messages is what I have always strived to achieve. In this particular tool, I am able to quickly set up the paths to success.

I've had a great experience using the intuitive platform, and I'm also really pleased with how responsive the support has been! Email is such a critical part of most people's business that having a robust system and access to an enthusiastic support team becomes of paramount importance.

So far, there isn't a native Woocommerce integration so far, meaning I have to rely on expensive third-party tools to get the connection set up, which is both time-consuming and expensive. I heard that the developers are working on creating a premium integration, and I'm very much looking forward to that!

This is an automation marketing tool. I am very new in the marketing segment; I realised no matter how good your products or services are, effective marketing and how you connect with clients are very important. What happens when they sign up? What happens when they have 1 month of their membership ends? These are simple questions, with simple actions to be taken. However, if you had over 50 customers, sending emails to one by one can be quite the hassle. This is when Encharge comes in. It automates it for you. You set up how things will be, what it will do, and voila! Done. It's straightforward in its application. The team has been very supportive and responsive to my questions too. I am glad to use this service.

I loved the panel, it is incredibly organized and well planned, the simplicity to use it is very good, I have not experienced so many integrations in a single software.

The native integrations that it has is incredible, I have not seen a CRM or Autoresponder that has this arsenal of incredible integrations, that makes it have an advantage by much with its competition and the best I can use it with all my tools that I currently have, I have no limitations as with some others, which do not have the integrations that I want to integrate with my favorite tools.

I have been using other email marketing platforms over the years, and have never used an automation app before. A fabulous investment for our business. After trying it out to see if it would work for our particular use (a membership site for one), we wanted to see how it would work to make our customers connect with us on multiple levels and the ease of use for us. Encharge came out on top as a modern solution for our business.

Setting up the account is easy, and you will love everything about it. Broadcasts are amazing to set up including 'flows' and 'triggers.' Very impressive, as is the stats that mirror your connection to your customers. Can't wait to broadcast to our customers for our upcoming products and services.

In my experience this is the top of the market for automation / email delivery after looking for quite some time. And to top off the offering, the customer service is amazing. The support is timely, and the support documents are superb. On the other hand, the customer service is amazing.

They have partnered with both Sendgrid and Amazon SES — the world's most reliable cloud-based email delivery platforms, so I am happy that the reliability of delivery will be there for a long time to come.

Simply Encharge.IO is the best email marketing tool I have ever tasted. You are years ahead of several large email marketing companies. And most importantly, it is easy and intuitive, in less than 15 minutes I understood the whole process of working the tool. It also gives you possibilities to have a great organization through folders. As I have been working with email marketing for many years, I found the deliverability to be great, of course it depends on several factors!

The automation part, gentlemen, gives you infinite possibilities. Ahh and I must remember to congratulate the support team, very helpful and with quick answers.

Great piece of software!

I ended up choosing Encharge over its competitors for a few reasons:

First is its automation capabilities. They rival those of its biggest competitors plus the added advantage of a flexible visual builder.
The builder allows for complex automations to be built in the same flow, instead of needing to stitch multiple separate ones together (because of triggers for example).

The second is that it uses segments and events for the automations. This is a much better system than "list" based ones and it makes things a lot easier to set up as contacts and freely and easily enter and exit flows as they meet criterias.
