Teil eins, vom Flughafen zum Hotel:
- Keiner kam
- Ich rief den Disponenten mehrmals an, schließlich kam der Fahrer etwa 40 Minuten später.
- Statt eines Mercedes kam ein VW-Kleinbus.
- Es gab keinen Kindersitz
Teil zwei, Hotel - Flughafen:
- Der Fahrer kam 20 Minuten zu spät
- Anstelle des Mercedes kam ein anderes Auto, ein Peugeot oder Toyota mit einer schrecklichen, kaum funktionierenden Klimaanlage (es war +42 draußen).
- Es gab keinen Kindersitz
Nach meiner Nachricht an den Support erhielt ich die Nachricht, dass ich eine Menge Beweise und Screenshots einreichen müsse, um die Situation zu klären. Ich will nicht mit der Situation wegen 40 Euro zu tun, ich erwartete eine andere Reaktion von der Firma.....

Or clients wait 40 minutes with the family with 3 kids fot this transfer. We are very sad about this. The clients called them 3 times and every time the driver sad that will be in 10 minutes, but was after 40 minutes.

The company is a simple fraudster, I have been trying to recover my money for three months that I spent on transport that I did not receive. They gave me a non-existent number on my driver voucher. By booking and paying for a transfer on the Intui.travel website, the client agrees to comply with the Terms and Conditions Regulations.

On the 26th of March, we received the claim regarding the booking INT-3105179.
The incident was opened, and you were informed about the claim consideration period.
Having conducted the investigation, we provided you with the detailed response:
For the order INT-3105179, a group transfer service by shuttle was booked.
For a group transfer by shuttle, the pick-up time is not known in advance, it is be scheduled by the transport company, and, according to the departure instructions, you need to contact the carrier directly to determine the pick-up time.
The transport company informed you about the pick-up time directly via email. You did not respect the specified pick-up time and amended the booking details via Personal Account several times.
We draw your attention to the fact that during a group transfer by shuttle bus to the airport, it is not possible for a client to change the pick-up time since the carrier company plans a route along the chain of hotels the day before or 24/48 hours ahead, to include all the passengers.
This is the ubiquitous principle of the operation of group transfers by shuttles to airports around the world.
The transport company provided the service according to the booking details.
You did not show up for a transfer at the specified by the transport company pick-up time.
According to the Terms And Conditions 8.4,
«Intui as well as the Transport company are not responsible for following circumstances:
- if you didn’t cancel your booking and didn’t show for the transfer pickup, in this case the service is considered to be successfully provided and the payment for such service won’t be refunded regardless of whether you used it or not.»
The service was marked as customer’s no-show.

Driver didn't show at meeting point
Driver didn't show at meeting point. Asked for refund but you have to prove with pictures and evidences that you were waiting at the meeting point, while the driver doesn't have to prove anything, so of course you are wrong.
Edit: after few weeks they refund me, at least it's not a scam.

According to paragraph 11.1 of the Terms and Conditions:
"Please, send your complaints to Customer Support Center with evidence: screenshot of call log or SMS sent to the supplier, or photo of the flights information main screen showing date and time, photo of agreed meeting point.»
Due to the fact that we did not receive any evidence from you, you were additionally asked to provide us with any materials that you had.
According to paragraph 11.3 of the Terms and Conditions:
“We have the right to ask you for an additional information regarding the subject of your complaint and regarding the confirmation of measures you took in accordance with the instruction of the voucher.”
Having received the additional information from you, the claim on the order INT-3128761 was opened. The issue is being investigated by our specialists.
There is a standard term for the review of claim issues for orders, which is 23 working days from the date of receiving the claim. As soon as the claim is investigated, the results will be sent to your email.
Intui.travel is a search service for transfers. We are not a carrier company.

My father booked a transfer for my mom to move between Istanbul airports IST --> SAW a week ago. Once booked and prepaid they contacted and provided all the details very quickly and looked reliable. It was the night flight and when the time came the driver didn't appear and didn't respond. Once the morning came - they started answering and proposed to drive you now, but who needs a ride 4 hours late when you transfer between flights.
They didn't return the money and stopped responding after that.

First transfer great, second our last with INTUI.
Booked a transfer through agent INTUI Travel from ISTANBUL Airport and was advised to wait "INSIDE arrivals hall" If passengers exit the arrivals hall but wish to re-enter they have to pass, unusually in our experience, through security again.
Driver from GM Turzim didn't appear within a 45 minute window or contact us by any method.
We even displayed our name on an A4 sheet of paper round our neck. Local arrivals hall staff were also unable to locate the driver.
Phone calls to both numbers provided incl 24/7 emergency numbers were not answered.
It transpired drivers are not allowed to wait INSIDE.
We had to pay again for a secónd transfer by taxi.
After returning numerous efforts to resolve by phone proved impossible.

We have checked all the information regarding the order INT-3156709.
On November 3, the transport company informed us that you did not appear for a transfer service and provided us with the fullest no-show report, including a GPS and call log.
According to the no-show information, we sent a request to your email asking to specify the reason you did not show up for a transfer.
On the 3rd of November, we received your response.
According to the information provided by you, you used the transfer arranged without your knowledge by the hotel and did not use the service on the order INT-3156709.
As part of the incident investigation, we carefully double-checked all the booking details, as well as the information received from you and the Transport Company.
As a result, we identified a mistake made by you when placing the order INT-3156709.
The Transport Company did not manage to reach you by the phone number on the service date due to the fact that you incorrectly indicated the country code in the phone number.
It is the client who is fully responsible for keeping the booking details up-to-date.
According to paragraph 8.4. the Terms and Conditions:
“8.4. Intui as well as the Transport company are not responsible for the following circumstances:
- If you indicate incorrect information in the booking form and/or while order changing;
- If you did not check your voucher and did not communicate about mistakes”
The transport company waited 1h 30 min for you and tried to reach you by the phone number indicated in the booking.
You did not appear for a transfer and did not contact the transport company.
According to paragraph 8.4. the Terms and Conditions:
“8.4. Intui as well as the Transport company are not responsible for the following circumstances:
- if you didn’t cancel your booking and didn’t show up for the transfer pickup, in this case the service is considered to have been successfully provided, and the payment for such a service won’t be refunded regardless of whether you used it or not.”
According to the information presented above, the decision on the claim was made in the transport company’s favour.
All the information and evidence were sent to your email.
