Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, no question was too big or small for them. They were very efficient in dealing with our house sale and purchase and made the daunting experience of filling in the paperwork effortless. We were in our new house within 3 months I would 100% recommend Emsleys and would definitely use them again.

These are the worse Solicitors ever.
After mths of hardwork of trying to to prove I had a genuine case to fight for.
They backed out leaving me vulnerable and not knowing what to do next?
Avoid these Solicitors.
And also the 3 days was your problem cause they would only able to realise to to .
You did the landlords
Tou also also missed the original missed the original photo of the laminated flooring months before I moved in???
They literally did nothing for me. it's down to you to prove your evidence.
I did that and more.
I wouldnt hear off them for weeks.
And to speak to the solicitor was even worse.
In approximately 9 mths I spoke to the Head solicitor twice.
I never got a call back telling me how sorry they were.
I got a standard copied and paste bog standard letter?
DO NOT WASTE TIME WITH THESE LOT.
PLENTY OF REALLY GREAT SOLICITORS OUT THERE.
