Leonardo from Empowered is very friendly and helpful! the others who helped us also tried very hard.
We had a technical problem with server crash on startup, they kindly troubleshot and resolved it for us.

Amazing Quality And Console
I have been using Empower Servers to host my minecraft servers for the past year and a half. Ever since the start of my journey with Empower I have never had to deal with any common issues. On the rare instance that there was a problem, Someone at empower servers went and helped my solve my problem.

The manager talked to me about the concern and apologized for what happened. I am changing my review to 5.
At first, the customer support was okay, then we upgraded our server's ram, we did not add anything nor remove from the server files, and we asked assistance from support, I got Douglas, first he was asking for the email of the server owner to help, I provided the email then he did not reply for some time. I looked up their discord server and saw Douglas playing Genshin Impact, no wonder he is not replying. I sent a screenshot of him to our support chat. He then blocked me, and I was just amazed.

Full of virus.
Terrible, the page of the hosting was constantly triggering my antivirus, aparently is full of malware, my server was hacked, hackers made all of the players op, and also remove and edit some of the files in the server, which can only be accesed via empowered server. If I could go back in time and never use this service I would.

Our website is regularly security-audited and maintains strict security standards. Any anti-virus warnings you are receiving are in error. All server access is logged and restricted to authorized users through our control panel. Our investigation shows no security breaches or unauthorized access.
If you experience legitimate security concerns, contact management@empowerservers.com with your server details for immediate investigation. We can verify access logs and restore from backups if needed.
For any Minecraft server issues, our 24/7 support team can assist with configuration, permissions, and security settings to ensure your server is kept secure from unauthorized entry.
Good quality but no ease of mind
Look. If you're looking for an affordable paid Minecraft server, then this is a great option. Just remember to search up those promo codes.
Anyway, the reason I'm lowering my rating is because I believed that server renewals were refundable. Other services have this feature and allow the user to have ease of mind in the event that they forget to cancel. However, empower servers does not offer this.

Was looking for a hoster for minecraft…
Was looking for a hoster for minecraft servers and I don't regret going with this one. I knew nothing about server hosting to begin with, and so I asked what server I should get which they helped me with. Later I realised that the mod I installed was far too heavy and so I was heavy on refunding and cancelling it, but they helped me with upgrading my plan and it really wasn't even that much more expensive, I just had to switch from a premium to a basic that had more ram. Honestly the refund policy is fine in my opinion because i would have given up right there, but atleast now I can play the mod pack with my friends

Great hosting
Just finished an entire modpack with my friend and Empower Hosting didn't give me any hiccups throughout. I bought the obsidian plan for a pretty large modpack and it worked just fine. (Also thank you Gio you're the goat)

Thanks for your review. Part of the reason for our refund policy is to deliver the best prices and encourage users to not give up right away when there is a slight hiccup. Server setups usually have a slight learning curve. We found that people requesting a refund had simply given up without giving us a chance to make things right. But we are reviewing our refund policies to ensure they serve our customers best. Thanks again for your review.
I expected WAY BETTER for a server…
I expected WAY BETTER for a server host.
I rented a server in my own country and me and my friends still lagged every 5 seconds to 2 minutes; couldn't even fire a bow in Minecraft man.
I really want a refund but they don't do that, so I won't be renting from these guys again for that crap performance.
