Cassandra at Empower was absolutely WONDERFUL! I was certainly glad that she was the one that took my call because she had a world of patience and explained everything thoroughly and professionally. I wish all companies had someone like Cassandra. She had a very friendly attitude and NO pressure. She listened carefully to my questions and responded intelligently to make sure that I understood everything clearly. In a word she was Magnificent!! BTW, she never requested that I write a review for her as I initiated the request. Aside to her MGMT: She deserves a promotion!

I had several questions about how it was done and he was very patient with me and answered all my questions to the fullest.i have had several questions I needed answered and I called him and he was able to answer all of them. He is polite, honest, and friendly.

I worked with Jason, who was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. There was no pressure to enroll, but I ended up getting a plan that was exactly what I needed. He was able to tweak my agreement to totally fit my personal situation. I really appreciate all the time he put into helping me get my finances under control.
