After Sales Service
I had my new panels and existing panels upgrade completed last year. Part of this included bird protection, the weather had taken its toll over the winter and the protection was not as it should have been. I contacted Empower who arranged for someone to sort out the problem. That someone was James who quickly resolved this. Then in addition he took time to check the inverters and system. Having realised they needed a firmware update he also did that. What a great service and a refreshing change to have a company who provide good after sales service and their staff go that bit extra for the customers.

Knowledgeable and great priced local company
As with many other people nowadays, we didn’t want anything to do with the large national corporations and supporting small local companies was our priority, we couldn’t have made a better decision. Fantastic service from start to finish. This company really know their stuff when it comes to solar and renewable energy options. They were fast, efficient, polite and to be honest, a highly competitive price. Communication was excellent leading to a fantastic overall experience.

Service second to none
I have had 3 installs by empower now and the workmanship is excellent. Recently I wanted to add a hot water controller to one of the properties and phoned them for a date. They were with me the same day and did a total upgrade of the system. Whilst I may have been lucky with the timimg, it was a sevice well beyond my expectations. I wish them every success as we need more go ahead Companies that care about their clients.

Returning customer......
Returned to Empower for a tesla battery install. The sales process and installation went off without a hitch and the workmanship was great. Really happy with all the work they have done as we now have solar, Eddi Inverter, Zappi and now a storage battery.

The team in the office overcame…
The team in the office overcame obstacles put in the way by SSEN so that we could go ahead, very impressed by then having a drop in the cost of the Tesla battery passed on to us. Despite appalling weather the roofing team got us up and running and the ingenuity of the indoors electricians to minimise the wiring runs to be almost invisible is much appreciated. Just waiting for some sunny weather to take full advantage. Nothing to do with Empower directly, but they recommended switching to Octopus who are also easy to deal with, but use the phone number.

Excellent experience
The guys who fitted the panels were really friendly and took pride in their work. They were tidy and did a great job with minimum fuss. The cable runs were excellent to minimise any unsightly ducting. The office team were very good as well able to sort all the queries I had

Great company highly recommend
Very happy with my domestic solar installation from Empower. Very efficient and professional throughout. Unlike other solar firms they declined to quote over the phone explaining that they would need to see my property to understand whether they could help. So worthwhile to have Rob and Roger visit to talk through options, avoid hidden costs and understand the best set up to match my roof layout and usage. Received clear information on the set up spec. with my quote. Agreed the project mid Jan, and 10 days later the panels were up and all connected. Everyone involved was polite, enthusiastic and great at explaining information. Would love to give 10 stars.

Superb service
Superb service. I contacted Empower for a quote to fit an EV charging point. They responded very quickly, I agreed to go ahead with the job on Thursday morning and was told it could be fitted the following Monday. The team turned up in the morning and the job was done by lunchtime, everything done in two and a half working days. The team, James and Harry, were polite, informative and extremely professional, couldn't ask for more. So thanks Empower for an excellent job, if I could give you ten stars I would.

Empower did a thorough survey and recommended good equipment. The installation was quick, efficient and on-time. Very happy with the result. There are cheaper options, but I am confident that Empower provided excellent value for money. I am happy to support a local business, especially when the service is of such a high standard.

I was initially a little unsure of Empower to begin with, but the bottom line is they did a good job for a fair price. I would use them again and recommend others give them a try too - that cannot be said some renewables companies.
I am architect. I contacted Empower about a low energy self build. Their install was quick and efficient and has worked perfectly ever since.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Empower energy for you Solar install. The team were proficient and professional and did everything they could to make sure they gave us a system that was suitable. we are absolutely thrilled with the system that they have recommended and already we were beginning to see the savings.
