David at EMF was outstanding throughout the purchase of my convenience store. Although the process took a little longer than we had originally anticipated, David remained patient, professional, and incredibly supportive from start to finish.
He was always available to answer my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel much more manageable. His dedication, persistence, and genuine commitment to getting the deal over the line never went unnoticed.
It's easy to find an agent when everything goes to plan. The real test is how they perform when things don't and that's exactly where David stood out. Despite the delays and challenges, he remained calm, responsive, and focused on achieving the best outcome. I couldn't have asked for better support.

Amazing Service and Support

Sales would not be successful by the Agent. We have successfully made the sale through our family circle, but we have not given notice to terminate the agreement. As you acknowledge, the business was marketed under a signed sole agency agreement which required written notice to terminate. No such notice was received and the business was subsequently sold during the period of instruction.
During our engagement we actively marketed the business, circulated details to 176 prospective purchasers, arranged seven viewings and progressed three separate sale transactions.
Our agreements are provided to all clients before instruction and clearly set out the circumstances in which commission becomes payable.
Following completion of the sale, commission became due in accordance with the terms of the signed agreement and was subsequently settled.

From the first time we met David we felt confident that he had our best interest in mind. He found us a buyer very quickly and helped us through a very difficult and drawn out sale(no fault of his). David was always there when I needed to vent and quick to come back to me and liaise with our buyer. Have already recommended him and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again.

Very smooth transaction
Im rarely impressed these days when dealing with people within the businesses I contact
However I rang this company in the Christmas holiday period on the off chance they may answer. Even though I reached a voicemail and I didn't leave a message. I did receive a text message acknowledging my missed call with a promise of contacting me the first day they were back in.
True to his promise David called me the first day back at work.
What an absolute asset to this firm he is! Friendly professional and precise in everything he did from beginning to end

There were a few wobbles along the way, but that is normal in any deal. We got everyone back round the table and shared the risk so it could still get over the line.
