Chris was at my house within the hour of my calling emergency hero , boiler fixed straight away, could not fault this service, on the downside l thought £180 call out charge a bit pricey,

I phoned for emergency call they where here very quickly the engineers who came out where very professional sorted the job out happy with sevice

Don’t use this company.i paid 380£ for mi boiler to work for a few days.i paid 150£ when i book in and then the engineer who attend he fix it in one hour with hes travel to get the part and charge 230£ on top.the part exchange cost 50£ when i done some research and it work for few days.i ring “emergency hero”back and explained situation and told them to send the engineer back to fix the problem wich he hasn’t done it proper first time and they ask mi to pay 180£ to send the engineer back.this or not heros they are proper scammers

Emergency Hero responded very quickly, I had a local plumber here within the hour of the incident, the plumber was able to sort out the issue very quickly, excellent service

Very impressed all round. I needed urgent help with a leak being discovered and they got a plumber round very quickly to fix it. Great communication, very easy and amazing service overall. Would use again in a heartbeat, but hopefully no more leaks!

We had a great engineer, Steve, with us within an hour. He found the problem, explained it to us and fixed it very quickly. Would recommend you anytime.

Had a power outage on sockets throughout the house and electrician Dayle arrived in 2 hrs. He did a rapid temporary fix and investigated fuse box to restore power and recommended replacement to be fitted today.

Emergency electrician Nihat Uyar arrived within 2 hours and did a comprehensive check of the problem and left me with valuable information regarding the workings of the fuse box. Thank you

Would rate Zero as are con artists. Cost 480 and that was just to call another emergency plumber who then we had to pay on top to do the work. Disgusting people. Nothing good shall come their way.

There had been a gas leak for a while

I had an emergency call out on Tuesday 24th march, paid 250 6.30pm and a guy came out around 8ish.
He came out looked at the part and work needed doing and he basically turned around and said ‘I can’t go out now and get the part as there’s no shops open’ so my reply to that was ‘so I paid 250 for F*** all then?’ and he basically agreed. He said the company should have told me to ring back in the morning where shops are open for parts and there would have been a guarantee fixed. And then I rang the company back the next day to complain and they tried to get the engineer back out but his excuse was ‘I’m from Newport I won’t know what shops to go to find the part, go and find the part you need online and see if I can fit it myself’ so paid 250 for nothing basically and no fixed boiler!! I will be putting a bad review down from this as my experience from this was disappointing and disgusting! I will happily wait for my money back. Should not be called ‘emergency hero’

Costs were clear upfront and Abbas, who came to sort out an electrical problem, did a really good job

When my Vaillant gas boiler stopped working, Emergency Hero responded immediately. Service options discussed, payment agreed and a named professional engineer despatched within the agreed time frame of 4 hours. Result- faulty sensor replaced with an original part and within minutes the boiler was working again. In emergency situations I would fully recommend Emergency Hero, just be prepared to pay a higher rate for the immediate and professional service provided.

On the initial call they are lovely and just want to help, and insist you pay the £360 or £400+ (for a in 2 hour slot) so they can get the ball rolling quicker. Being in an emergency with a leak you definitely want to get it fixed so I paid the money and got told they would be at my house by 6pm, later that time changed to 4pm I though great! At no point do they tell you that they might not be able to fix it!!! or I would have definitely not paid the £360 and gone to a regular plumber for way under half the cost! Then at 4.45pm the plumber turned up, a lovely man called Darren. He was very nice explained the sat nav got confused which was why he was a bit late. He had a look and said it was the automatic air float that needed replacing but he doesn't carry one as it was an unusual size so I need to get another plumber to get one and fit it at a later date. I have no issue with Darren but Emergency Hero should have told me fixes are not guaranteed or if it requires a follow up visit then this should be done for the £360. So a job which should have cost me no more than £150 is now going to cost over £500 as of the misleading sales tactics of this company.
I wish I'd read all the other reviews before using Emergency Hero, more like Emergency Maybe fix maybe not, it’s the same price!
On the phone on the initial enquiry at no point was it said the deposit was non refundable or that the problem would not be fixed!

Promptly sent me Nihat to solve the lack of electricity supply. He solved the issues efficiently and kindly checked my appliances too.

We needed a plumber quick and he came within 4 hours.

AVOID EMERGENCY HERO.

They sent someone to repair our boiler. A few weeks later exactly the same fault occurred leaving us without heating or hot water. Emergency Hero took no responsibility, we couldn't contact the engineer, they wouldn't offer a refund and said that the contract of service was with the engineer, even though we had paid Emergency Hero.
According to Emergency Hero, they just send an engineer. If your boiler breaks again the following day that's nothing to do with them as they have done their part. What a waste of £300.

Nihat Uyar from Emergency Hero attended our electrical issue within 24 hours. His work was quick and professional and completed in just under an hour on site.
