We always have a positive experience working with emenac and it is a pleasure to work with Henry on projects! Emenac have been responsible for our brands packaging for over 2 years now, items always arrive in a quick manner, with excellent communication from Henry. Whenever we have any issues they are also quickly resolved and dealt with :)

We were delighted with the quality of the product provided to us by Emenac and Jacob was very helpful in assisting us.
Even when we changed the design work, it was implemented very well.

Awful experience! Went through the chat and designed a box. After I paid the representative disappear for half an hour conveniently after I paid. for a tea break - yes tea break can you believe? when the artwork hadn’t even been sent and the work that was going to be carried out wasn’t confirm or had artwork sent yet. I then asked to cancel my order where I then go nothing but going round in circles with the same guy saying he went for a tea. This is 6:30pm mind you. After having an unsuccessful refund I closed the chat and had to open a dispute with PayPal. Then the manager emailed me and said he had to take mental health medicine - doesn’t excuse the half hour break or just leaving a customer on the line. And said he can’t refund me. I had to then open a PayPal dispute to which I got no reply to by these sellers apart form an email saying it’s complicated to refund it can take 8-10 business days to refund you. 10 business days later (2 full weeks no reply or refund on the PayPal case I had to escalate it to be mediated with PayPal who are now reviewing the case. There was no effort to refund me quite frankly they was obviously hoping I would forget about it and they could take the money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am yet to get my money back still as PayPal are reviewing it. I have now all found out THEY MAKE YOUR BOXES FORM A FACTORY IN CHINA THEN DELIVER THEM TO YOU. Save yourself some time and go on Alibaba and get it cheaper yourself. These guys are unprofessional, unnegotiable and expensive liars. Do not use them.

Henry was great to deal with and the product came exactly as designed

Really Great Customer Service, easy to get in touch with our account manager Henry, he replied fast and helped efficiently with any queries I had! Delivery was faster than expected, and we were on a tight deadline! Definitely would recommend, the prices were reasonable as well, we got bespoke magnetic boxes built, and they were heavy and felt good quality, we will definitely be using them for future orders!

Excellent experience with Emenac Packaging UK - created boxes to our exact brief and delivered them on time. Communication with Alina was fantastic; kept me in the know of where printing was up to, and fully guided me through the creation process. Would highly recommend!

I have been using Emenac for a few years now and am always happy with the quality of the boxes and customer service. Henry has been extremely helpful from day 1, even when I have wanted to edit designs a few times he is always happy to cooperate with myself and the design team making sure that I get the best possible outcome. Emenac Packaging were very quick in designing to my specifications and supplying custom fit sturdy postal boxes for my beeswax votive candles.

They offer good packaging boxes as per your requirement and they delivered to us on time. The team responded to my questions on timely basis, a little delays in the process. But the boxes are great.
