Easy to order, quick delivery and good quality

We needed some printed boxes recently and contacted Emenac for a quote. We were slightly dubious about the quality as the pricing was very competitive but they delivered samples quickly and we have been very impressed with both the service and standard of the product (even after we changed the design !!) We will certainly use them again

We had a sudden rush of orders and needed 1000 boxes quickly. Emenac Packaging UK managed to get them to us on time. The printing was clear, and the boxes were solid, even though it was a fast job.

I recently ordered 5000 boxes from Emenac Packaging UK for my skincare line, and I’m thoroughly impressed. The quality of the boxes is exceptional – sturdy, well crafted, and exactly to my specifications. Few weeks back I purchase it some cookie boxes from Emenac Packaging, honestly this was the best purchase I ever made it. Alina was so awesome and she made my boxes the way I want it, and she send them over by the time I needed the most. Seriously best company ever for packaging I love those cookie boxes and my customers also love them, and all this was help from Alina she is super brilliant and she always keep an eye for smallest details, honestly l got no words to say how awesome these boxes are. Thank you so much Alina for making my shopping experience so awesome and most definitely i will be coming back, seriously if anyone of you need some help with the packaging Alina is the best person to reach out for, thank you Alina, am looking forward for my next purchase:))

The Emenac rep was very helpful in assisting me to create a product that will help me in my business.
I was initially confused by the design criteria and the person was able to listen to what I needed and co-create a product from there. He was available when I needed help and was prompt with responses to my queries.

So far not so good, will update this review if I actually get my order tomorrow (Been waiting over 1 month). They keep promising and not delivering

UPDATE:
I received my order late despite multiple promises from them that they could deliver on time. On top of that, I ordered magnetic boxes, half of them don't close properly because the measurements are off and the magnets aren't strong enough to keep the box closed. Was happy with initial box sample but full sized order was not functional and not what I expected for the price, especially considering they are not actually based in the UK as the website and company title may like you to believe. They are dropshipping from Pakistan with low quality for a high price.

They also ignore you if their quality is not up to scratch or if there are problems with your order and you will have to repeatedly chase them for a response. I ordered the same product from an overseas supplier and the quality far surpasses Emenac.

Will not be ordering again and would advise others not to waste their time and money. It won't take 3 weeks as stated, it will take 1 month+, may as well order from overseas.

I recently worked with Emenac Packaging to create the packaging box for our mouth sprays. The end result was a beautiful, high-quality packaging that perfectly showcased our product.
During the process, there was a misprint that arose from a miscommunication on both sides. However, Emenac Packaging went above and beyond to rectify the error promptly and professionally. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident throughout our collaboration.
One area where I believe Emenac Packaging could improve is in explaining their sign-off process more clearly to avoid miscommunication in the future. Nonetheless, this did not detract from the overall positive experience.
I would like to give a special mention to Alina, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. Her dedication and attention to detail were instrumental in ensuring the success of our packaging project.
Overall, I highly recommend Emenac Packaging for their beautiful, high-quality packaging solutions and exceptional customer service. They are a pleasure to work with and truly value their clients' satisfaction.

From quote stage, providing accurate templates and assembly instructions through to delivery of a quality printed product - Amber at Emenac has always been very efficient and thorough when working with us on our orders. Very happy with the service and product delivered.

This was our first experience with any Company outside the USA. It also was a new product that we had zero experience with before. Very promptly after my first inquiry to Emenac, Paul Hodge contacted me by email, and we began to develop a very smooth level of communication. We did everything through emails.
