Absolutely fed up of the incompetence
I am absolutely fed up of this company! I have waited for my refund for a flight cancelled by Turkish Airlines which only because I rang up email flights did I find out it had been cancelled so that could have been a disaster. I was then told £75 would be deducted, again it was through no fault of my own the cancellation. It has now been over 3 months and after numerous emails and waiting, they've told me they have refunded the money to a card I had in UAE, which I told them is now closed because I've left the country, even though I repeatedly emailed not to refund to that card and gave them my UK bank details and my address to send a cheque. I am now not receiving any correspondence from them or having my calls answered.

The proccess for both booking and obtaining a refund for cancelled flights was pain free and couldn't have been smoother. This company will be my first port of call when booking flights for family and friends.
Zero star will be a better option
Zero star will be a better option. I booked a group ticket, paid in full, got my reservation number and my itenery only to be sent a message after a week that the flight had been cancelled and was told I will be charged £75 administration fee for each passenger. I then contacted the airline only to be told my reservation number was invalid. I then called back to inform them my reservation number was not recognized and the airline do not have any of our names on their system. I then insisted I needed my reservation number which i was told will not be recognised by the airline. Fortunately I got the reservation number off them and was told by Turkish airline the ticket was never paid for during the specified period, hence the cancellation. I later got that resolved after so many calls on their 0871 number for a new booking . I got an email on the 30/09/20 that my flight has been cancelled again and if I want a refund will be charged £75 per persenger. I then went back to Turkish airlines who confirmed the flight had been cancelled since the 23/09/29 and am entitled to my full refund. Imaging them sending an email just 2 days before my departure. We had done the covid test which cost us £195 each, got a travel and health insurance which is a must have to travel to the UAE and my airport parking. I have sent an email regarding my full refund and the money lost to covid test. Luckily I got a voucher from the insurance company cause it was still within the 14 days cooling period and the Heathrow parking too was refundable. Still awaiting their response. BOOKING WITH THEM IS BAD BUSINESS. Learnt to book directly with airlines for a few more pounds. My next stop will be to fill a feedback form with Turkish airlines. Will keep you updated.
Absolutely hopeless
Absolutely hopeless; a series of broken promises and some suspect behaviour in relation to my airline booking references (I've had 2 different ones to date) they work one day then suddenly they're no longer recognised on the airline's website. I'm bored with hearing about COVID-19 excuses it's been tough on everyone; I booked my ticket in August for a flight July 2021 and wished I'd spent a few £ more and booked direct with the airline. I suspect they haven't paid the airline for my flight which is why the original booking reference is no longer valid. Of course I'm happy to be proven wrong but the dates promised for a solution come and pass but I'm still not in receipt of a satisfactory outcome. AVOID.

Ignore my first review at time of booking!
They are a shambles and diabolical company who mislead and avoid any type of communication.
After having my flight cancelled back in February due to covid, they are holding me responsible for a cancellation fee when the airline cancelled the flight (i did a charge back through my credit card for the refund as there was no refund in sight from them!). Not only that, after not contacting me to say I owed anything, i recieved an email from a DEBT COLLECTION company asking for more than double about money I owed. I have had ZERO comms about owing them a single penny! Absolute joke of a company and now i am spending time contacting my credit card company and the debt company to get this resolved.

Not really even 1 star. Won’t issue a cancellation invoice for cancelled flights from April or initiate a refund until I sign a full and final settlement ‘invoice’. Chargeback finally going through by my credit card, and suddenly lots of emails (after no communication for a month) with varying T&Cs noted which dont appear anywhere on their website (or were there when I booked) and threats of a chargeback defence charge too.
I will never book with them again - not worth any amount of savings and hope my credit card company can resolve for me.
SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!!!!
currently been trying to get through on hold for 4 hours now trying to get hold of a manager, booked flights in May over e-mail with Michael, all confirmed costing over 2.5K, come to August to find out the flights were never ticketed so we have nothing, been trying to resolve this for 3 weeks now and it would seem I'm been ignored. I have a daughter and 10 year old grandson booked on the same flight and they cannot travel alone. Seemed to be getting somewhere on Friday 28th August with promises of it been sorted by Tuesday 1st Sept by Fabian D Cruz, (supervisor) but now nothing, shocking service!!!!!!!!! Next stop National Media, Watchdog, Martin Lewi!! I will expose you.
Avoid at all cost, terrible customer service
I decided to book flights from LHR to YYZ prior to lockdown measures enacted by the UK govt in March. Subsequently somehow my flight disappeared from Heathrow’s departure schedule and I contacted the travel agent helpline to seek clarification. I was told I would be subject to a cancellation fee as well as a refund admin fee of £75 EACH (not sure how they get justify such as high admin fee anyhow)! After March, I naturally wanted to get a update on the refund, but unfortunately there was no one at email flights to help me in this matter. Unfortunately, I had to resort to contact two national media outlets as a conduit before I received contact from Emailflights.
I am thankful that my bank processed a chargeback application (which was found in my favour) as this was the only avenue to get what I was owed!

Fair and honest review
I want to write a fair and honest review for emailflights as I've read some pretty harsh reviews. My story....booked for Tokyo Aug 20 and flight cancelled in June 20. No issues getting refund and staff were good in responding (Roy, Hinash, Austin). Refund came through 8 weeks after submitting refund request. Yes they took £75 admin fee but covid is extraordinary times and can't expect them to run business on thin air. I've read the harsh reviews but BA and easyJet were just the same during covid with no contact and poor customer service. Don't be put off by reviews. If you want a good price then no worries and unless global pandemic shouldn't have too much to worry about. If you want to pay slightly higher and be able to liaise with airline then book direct with airline. Simple choice.

I spoke to Roy, he was excellent. He was very calm. The call cut out and he called me straight back. He kept calling to check everything was okay. I really appreciated his commitment. Thanks Roy.
