One of the three items I ordered was out of stock, but I was not notified. When my order arrived, there was one item missing. I emailed the company and three days later, they emailed back to tell me the one item was out of stock. I didn’t have the opportunity to order a different item and if I wanted to order a different item now I assume I would have to pay for shipping. Very poor customer service.

SCAM...Ordered and never received items paid for. Now because of some postal problem on their end THEY want me to pay more money for postage. No CUSTOMER SERVICE telephone number only an email address. I dont believe this company is truly based in the USA. Reporting them to BBB for not refunding full amount paid.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the products I received--in fact, I was somewhat surprised to receive anything at all, given some prior experiences ordering from companies that advertise on Facebook, esp. those, like this one, that give no address and list no website owners. However, the clothes were shipped from the US and were of good quality. They are even exchanging two shirts that were too small. (The size error was mine, not because the sizes ran small--sizes seemed quite accurate.) Shipping was somewhat slow, and the lack of transparency made me anxious, so that's why I gave 4 stars and not 5, but overall, I am pleased with the products and service.

Purchase the world shirt - love the way it looks, upon receiving it - the words are not clear nor is the USA on the shirt. The company states its made in South Carolina which is in the USA and the shirt does NOT including the USA on the shirt

I love the shirts I ordered. The products are well represented on the internet and totally meet my expectations.

Since the website said upfront that it takes 2 - 3 weeks for delivery, I planned accordingly and was pleased that it was closer to 2 weeks than 3. The T-shirts are very nice - exactly as other reviewers have described them. I like the fit and the feel.

I want to return the item and there is no place to call and when I try to email it says error and therefore I need a label to get this returned. How does one get in contact for a return.

Easy to order. Nice soft shirts. I wish the delivery could be a little faster but all in all, great clothes

Bought a beautiful shirt but it was too small need to get larger size (2xl). Don’t know how to go about that? I’ve emailed company numerous times & haven’t gotten an answer- disappointing!
Company finally got in touch with me. Need to pay shipping charge & they will send a larger size. Still waiting for shirt!

I ordered shirts and received them on June 3 I need to return them. They said I have to go a certain address
But when I s go to that site there is nothing there. Does anyone know if they have a customer service number. I got no paper work with my purchase. Even a reputable site I can go to know how if return the merchandise. Thank you.

The shirt ordered was EXACTLY as pictured !! I’ve had my eye on this shirt for almost a year but always unsure if the sizing was correct or a legit company to order from. Very pleased !! I ordered my normal size & the fit is perfect. It took a couple weeks to receive … worth the wait.
