Good quality tops. They are as described. Fit well. I’m pleased.

I ordered two blouses from them, one was described as "navy stripes". When I received it, it was clearly a bright blue, nowhere close to Navy. They are offering me $ instead of returning the blouse but I am tired of arguing with them. In addition, both blouses are made of polyester and feel terrible on my skin and look very cheap. I will be donating them to GoodWill. I don't recommend this company's products or lack of service.

I love the three items I ordered and received. I get complements on them every time I wear them. They are beautiful, well-made, and very stylish.
My only complaint was that I had no idea that it would almost a month to receive them, but once I knew they were being shipped from England, I understood. Perhaps it would help to know from where they were being shipped.

Colors as presented . Nice quality material. Runs a little large in size.

I am trying to return three items to elogyy. The company's site says the base is new Jersey. The company is offering me $58 for items totalling around $100. They are also insisting if I wish to return to do so to Dubai. They are not a reputable company. Do not order.

It took a long time for the order to arrive. Putting that aside, the item was as described, fit well and is a nice addition to the wardrobe.

The top I ordered did not fit me. When I asked how to return it, this is the response I received -

Dear customer:

Sorry. We only accept the return with quality problems and accept the exchange for size problems .

However the website says they do accept returns. So what is it?? I can or cannot return the top for a refund???
I am very disappointed and out about $50.00 for a top I cannot wear.

$14 shipping fees yet my order hasn't arrived & it's been a MONTH! I BELIEVE THEY'RE FROM CHINA & LYING ABOUT BEING IN AMERICA. SICK OF THESE FAKE COMPANIES. THEY MUST BE INVESTIGATED & THEIR LYING ADS REMOVED FROM FACEBOOK & ALL SOCIAL MEDIA. My order was totaled $49 for an advertised AMERICAN MADE COTTON BLOUSE! LIARS.

I purchased a dress and the wrong dress came. I’ve been dealing with a “customer service” email address and they will only offer S14 off a $48 dress. THEY SENT ME THE WRONG DRESS and won’t fix it.
Never will I purchase from them again.

Ordered a dress. It arrived and was of poor quality. I requested ot return it and they only accept damaged items despite their site stating you can return items with quality issues. They will not provide an address for the return of the dress nor offer me any refund or credit since the dress didn't arrive damaged.

We ordered 2 sweaters from them and they didn't fit. Notified them we wanted our money back and they offered 16.00 on a 103.00 order. they said we had to send them back overseas so we did, then they said that they couldn't give a credit to our old credit card that we had to replace because of being hacked. Sent them the information and we got an email saying they couldn't issue the credit to the new credit card even though it had the same address and name and that it was too late. SO DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY WILL SCREW YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered 2/3/25 and have yet to receive any notice items have shipped. When questioned, they informed me it would take approximately ten days to get my two items ready for shipping and then shipping would take approximately another ten-fourteen days. Had I known that I never would have ordered from them.

I love the sweater I purchased. It’s super cute and exactly what I ordered! However, shipping/receiving times were very unacceptable. It took forever to get it.
