The support here was so helpful! I'm a dummy with servers and realized a simple mistake I had made, but despite getting irritated and working with support for hours, they refunded me and allowed me to continue these months for free. While I'm embarrassed and am sure I will get this on the right track, I am lucky to have come across this host and am stunned by the fabulous professionalism and dedication of the support I received here.

I don't know why people says in the 1 star rating that support is bad, it took like 2 - 5 minutes to respond, support is good!, I have 50% OFF on my first month which is legit cool for my specs that I bought.

NO DO NOT BUY HERE. TICKET SUPPORT IS SLOW AF. INITIAL GB STORAGE IS ONLY 10GB. AND YOU WONT GET YOUR REFUND WHEN YOU CLEARLY ASKED WITHIN THE 24 HOURS THRESHOLD. I REQUEST A CANCELLATATION ON AUGUST 1 AS THE STORAGE IS STILL NOT ADDED. AFTER I RANT ON THEIR SERVER, SOMEONE ADDED A STORAGE SO I OPENED A TICKET TO REMOVE THE CANCELLATATION REQUEST I MADE. AND GUESS WHAT. THE SAME DAY AFTER AN HOUR OF OPENING TICKET TO REMIVE THE CANCELLATION, THEY CANCELLED MY PLAN. I ASKED FOR A REFUND SAME DAY AS THEY ALREADY CANCELLED MY PLAN AND I DONT WANNA DEAL WITH THEM ANYMORE. DAYS LATER THEY REPLIED ASKING FOR ANOTHER FEE TO PROCESS THE REFUND WHICH IS HILARIOUS. I REPLIED TO THE TICKET SAYING WHY DO I NEED TO PAY FEE WHEN ITS THEIR FAULT. THEY ARE NOT LOOKING AT THE TICKETS BEFORE CANCELLING THE PLAN. THEY REPLIED AGAIN DAYS LATER SAYING IM NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE 24 HOUR REFUND. LMAAAO. BUT I'VE BEEN ASKING ON THE SAME DAY TO REFUND IT SINCE ITS ALREADY CANCELLED. THEY REOPENED THE PLAN JUST SO THEY CAN SAY THAT IM NOT ELIGIBLE TO THE REFUND. AND NOW IM BANNED TO THEIR DISCORD SERVER. WHAT A LOAD OF BULLSH*T. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!

Hello everyone here, i just want to say that elixirnode is
so fk1ng trash bad support i fk1ing open ticket and no one reply the server i bought 32g and 400% of cpu
my player is 54 and the tps 9 already optimize
and trash brainshit owner doesnt care about it

Good Experience with the host i recommended it

They run a scam company. They take your money but never deliver the products to you.
then they will take 3-10 days to respond to a ticket after which they will cancel your subscription and no refund.

In short, they will take money from you and then blame no response. Typical scam company

First experience: Paid for a CS2 server 5 months ago, they took 2 days to assign me the server.

Second experience: Bought a Valheim server, again server wasn't assigned automatically. I had to open a ticket for it.
They did assign it later on. Came back next day, clicked "start server". Throws me an error and refuses to start.

Reinstalled the server thinking it was an installation issue.
Still the same.

Opened another ticket. No reply yet.

Confused, what did I pay for?

The staff was great, specially shubham.

At first this hosting seemed fine but when i bought the hosting i tried to use a sub domain & they said pay money for it then for a backup pay money i got 0 backup slots and when i asked for support it normally took few days (3 days) to respond and of course it was Shubham the only active staff but he didn't even have access to backend stuff and was helpless so this is total garbage of a host seems cheap but isn't the money to buy it when you get no backups and so many less facilities and my 6 month experience for this host was the worst. in between that there was downtime for 3 WHOLE days on the panel & it lagged so much if there would be 5 - 10 players on overall the support is piece of garbage but the hardware is decent.

Terrible support. Our proxy server went down randomly and we lost console access to it. Contacted support and the only person who replied was Shubham and he too did not have the required backend permissions to fix the issue. The only people who did have access were the owner and Eshan who don't care enough to even reply.

Absolute garbage. Don't use this host.

This service is a haven for gamers!
I am glad I gave it a try because I was hesitating when I read a couple of reviews, but I gues spammers are everywhere.
The first advantage of them is the prices - the most competitive ones I saw around for hosting services. I use it for my Minecraft server and haven't encountered any big problems or annoyances so far. Whenever something wasn't working, their support team quickly helped me fix the issues without any hassle. If you're thinking of using this for a Minecraft server, I'd definitely recommend it.
