DONT USE THIS SERVICE IT IS A SCAM. To start with you have to REQUEST to cancel your suscription, you cant just do it and finished. Nonono you have to request it. I requested 7 months ago and today i learned i was still paying 10 EUROS A MONTH FOR THIS. Dont use this service they will scam you and there are way better server hosting services out there. But this one happens to pop up first when you search for the service

absolutely the worst minecraft hosting service. their management is absolutely non existent. need to wait WEEKS just for them to change the startup command. also they dont give you any swap ram which causes crashes even on 5 gb ram. after contacting them all they tell you is just "Upgrade to more RAM" (like 5 gb for 5 players max not enough) keep in mind that other hosting places did not have any of these issues even on plans with 2 GB OF RAM. either their very scummy or just dont know what the hell they are doing.

The hosting service was excellent and surprisingly affordable. The performance was also outstanding. However, they do need to add more staff to improve the speed of customer support. Despite that drawback, I highly recommend giving this hosting service a try.

This is not an amazing hosting company nor was my experience anywhere close to a good one. They provide absolutely no support for the servers you are buying, and it could take days just to get your server running if the automated process doesn’t work. They will also not provide you with a refund if you cannot get ahold of their support before your time limit even though this would not be your fault.

A lot of cool features to explores like no other server provider has it! For options, it varies depending on your need which is perfect for anyone looking what they're needed or tight in a budget. For the support, you need some patience as they're pretty busy lately until next year which I've heard of. 10/10 Recommend! 👏

The support is terrible, you can expect over 24 hours for a response. Would not recommend this host if you need to increase storage limits or anything outside of your control.
