Following a referral to Elite Energy, I didn't wait long for an appointment for my boiler installation. Their customer service before and after the installation was good. The men arrived early, were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. The gentleman programmed the boiler, explained aftercare etc and told me what to do regarding the bathroom tap. Poor Tradesmen give their colleagues a bad name. The men who installed my boiler were good at their job. Gold star.

I am extremely grateful to Elite energy/ EON for the recent installation of my new boiler I am so pleased with it I now have heating and my power shower is working properly thank you all for a perfect service and to Ben who installed it xxxx

I have been impressed with the level of customer service I've received from Elite Energy. It took some time to sort out the funding but out of half a dozen companies I applied to, Elite Energy were the only one to offer me the government funded insulation. Every interaction I've had with the office staff has been a pleasant experience (maybe with the exception of AI bot James, although he is pretty convincing to start with). The two guys who extracted my old insulation and installed the new were excellent, both in practical insulation and customer service. I am sorry that I can't recall their names but they were very friendly, kept me informed on the work they were carrying out and did a decent job of cleaning up afterwards. They even offered to help to clean indoors too. Even though I previously had my cavity insulated, I can definitely feel a difference with the new insulation and it hasn't cost me a penny. There are a lot of companies offering this service and all I can say is Elite Energy gave me a painless experience and their staff were friendly, give them a go!

Poor work no respect for property ruined carpets and walls and Christmas presents damaged and was all reported and denied all and saying won’t do nothing about it but it’s clear to see the damage stay away

From start to finish this company have been outstanding, all the workers have been very pleasant and very helpful. Highley Recommended

Just visited from Elite energy surveyor he was professional and polite company called me and booked my appointment earlier then it was booked for next week so they helped me to booked my survey the guy name called Zubair he went all of my room and explained me in details about the next process all went very smooth

I never noticed the fitters were ever at my house work was so quiet and came in the morning just got on with the work finished lunch time explained everything about the new baxi boiler how it works no mess at all left clean 10/10

Zubair was at my house to do survey for loft insulation.
he spent about 1hour to do everything. All went very smooth.

Zubair zafir explained everything about the grant and very punctual for time which suited we as well as zubair as he had too travel back to Manchester done a thorough job with measurements and also looked in the loft and told we it only 4 inches deep where it needs 12 inches which will stop a lot of condensation once it done he also said the exterior insulation would take a few days too a week very thorough and very polite but wouldn't accept a cuppa thanks to zabair and elite team for your help and sorting this out we look forward too a warmer home thank you

Zubair came and did a survey for my house and explained everything and answer my all questions went every room to collect data of my property very professional and polite

My elderly Mother had a new Boiler installed through the Govt Energy scheme. We were put in touch with Elite Energy. I spoke to them several times to arrange the install. The ladies in customer service were particularly helpful on the several occasions that I needed to contact them.

On the day of install I was kept updated with times that their fitter James would arrive. On day of install he was really polite, helpful, efficient and competent. He took incredible care, making minimal mess, going to great lengths to explain and advise everything to my Mother and I. He even went beyond what you would expect from most tradespeople. He checked and double checked his work, and only left when he was satisfied that we also were happy and discussed additional items sharing his knowledge and experiences. My Mother and I were very impressed with his skills and dedication to his work. Nothing was too much trouble.
He was a great advert for Elite Energy.

From original contact right through to install, and now contact post fitting to enquire about warranty etc., I am unable to fault this company and its workman.

I was referred under the boiler scheme by EON energy. From start to finish it was a great experience. Professional service answered all my questions. Old boiler was left in garden but it was really easy and super quick from start to finish

Excellent company no problem at all came out when they said they were coming out perfect job from engineers plus the office staff were very helpful will be using this company again.

Recently had my cavity wall insulated, solar panels and air source heat pump installed. My home feels so much warmer!
Office and engineers were all very helpful and informative.
Surveyor answered all my questions and my install was booked within 3 weeks.
Overall, very happy with the work

Zubair is a very professional person, explained all about grants, schemes and installations. Along with the processes involved. Explained everything in detail, and answered my all my questions.
During his visit at my house he took care entering all rooms, also while doing his work.
Respected my family members and animals.

Contacted Elite about qualifying for a new free boiler as mine was broke. From the surveyor coming round to the work being completed I cannot fault them!
They kept me informed throughout the entire process and I now have a lovely warm home - thank you again!

Really helpful customer service team throughout the process, all surveyors and installers that came to my property were very helpful and cleaned up after themselves once they completed the work. Couldn’t be happier with my new solar panels and insulation and the journey with Elite.

I completed the enquiry form after seeing a post on Facebook. Within 2 days I received a call to arrange for a survey. A week later, the surveyor arrived and completed a full house survey. I was told that the office would contact me if my property was suitable for funding. The following week I received a call to advise that I would be eligible for solar panels, an air source heat pump, loft insulation and also cavity wall insulation - all fully funded by the scheme.

Works were started 3 weeks later and it took just over 1 week for everything to be completed. The lady that I spoke with in the office was friendly and kept me updated on my appointments. I also got a call after to complete a customer satisfaction survey.

Saw advert on FB for free Government Grant Insulation and filled in the enquiry form. Seemed too good but was contacted, answered a few questions, they said I qualified and sent a Surveyor. Surveyor arrives, checks loft, confirms more is needed, then proceeds to take
lots of photos all around my house and
outside.
I hadn't heard a thing so chased for
update today. Now told I dont qualify due to the EPC certificate- the same one they
previously looked at!.
I feel uncomfortable about what they have had access to and all the information/photos they have taken.
Very Intrusive, and not happy.

23 Oct. I have been asked for more info to help with my experience. I have several emails expressing my feelings and dis -satisfaction with nonsensical responses. So I think I have shared as much as I can. The main thing is being told in the beginning and at the survey that my home qualified when the EPC certificate was available - yet that apparently now does not. Not happy that a surveyor then came and took a stack of photos of my home.
