Update. I still haven't got my bed and no refund. Someone from the company messaged mebon watts app asking me to take it down as it wasn't them. But the company ive wrote on isn't even the same company they are saying they are. At companies house both of the companies say thd same words and have the same red mark on them. Dont trudt them.
Ordered a bed for my daughter and son in law, had no correspondance from them since. Not even delivered the bed but happy to take my money. Left a voice message and got ignored, so emailed them and all i got was a sorry and they will deal with it on monday. No help no urgency to sort it out. Wouldnt reccomend this company at all.

I’ve bought two beds in the last few years from Elite. Both were storage ottoman beds. The service was great. Delivery and installation. Good communication. Elite have a good range on offer and Andy is responsive in getting costs and information to you.

We are so happy with the beautiful ottoman bed and tall headboard we ordered. It is a lovely piece of quality furniture hand made in the Uk. Zoe and Andy were so helpful with some measurement queries I had and an initial issue with one of the gas lifts for the bed. They immediately had it sorted. The communication and service are to be commended. Thank you all 🌟⭐️🌟

We ordered this beautiful chaise for a corner place in our house. A very beautiful piece, fits perfectly, gives a glamour to our space. The fabric, color, quality is amazing. Responds to enquiries really quickly. They held my bed until we were ready to recieve it as it was a new build property. Zoe was super helpful throughout the process. The bedframe is beautiful, the headboard is really luxurious looking. Great value and have recommended to friends already

Beautiful product and made and delivered within five days. Even the delivery drivers were great and let us know in advance what time they would be coming. Would definitely recommend!

I contacted The Elite Beds Company to enquire about a piece of furniture. Zoe quickly responded to my query and was happy to answer my questions.
The design of piece was exquisite, but the dimensions didn't suit unfortunately.
Nevertheless thier customer service warranted a nice review.

elite beds offer the best service. Had a good command of the beds available. I had trouble sleeping due to my back because of the beds and mattresses I had previously however elite beds made sure this bed was suitable for my needs and they certainly listened and delivered. It’s been 4 months since I purchased this bed from them and it’s safe to say I am having the best sleep ever and I even find it very hard to get out of bed every morning haha. I received my bed and mattress yesterday evening and I must say that pictures don't do it justice. I purchased a 3500 pocket sprung Heritage mattress very cosy and comfortable sleep just like a new born baby!
