I recently bought 4 pillows, two of them were hotel quality. I have never felt pillows like this, absolutely brick had and full of small hard pieces of what I take to be bits of foam. They are absolute rubbish. I wish I had opened them sooner so I could have returned them but was waiting for room to be decorated. If I went onto a hotel and got pillows like this then I’d be asking for a refund. You need to check the quality of all items that you’re selling.

I am so happy with the items I have bought from here. I can't believe the prices I paid for such fantastic clothes.

The prices are excellent, the variety is not always the same, it changes from day to day. Quality of goods is astounding. Quick delivery and kept informed of the progress of your order until you actually take delivery of it.

Returned an item because my legs were to long no issues and refunded within a responsible amount of time

Delivery was good. Ordered some Lyle and Scott tops. Each label cut off and so scratches at the neck line. Also I ordered some Champion joggers which were fine. Thing I found strange that they actually state the brands on website and cut the labels on the Lyle and Scott clothes but not the Champion clothing. Won't bother again.

Really impressed after such bad experiences elsewhere. Delivered quickly and for free amazed my dress what White Stuff with label still attached the jacket was Tu and the sweatshirt M&S ALL quality items. Will be buying again. Also very easy and free to return so all in all well done!

Wrong colour garments sent. I ordered black and received navy.
Ordered baby’s pyjamas for my granddaughter and there was a spelling mistake on them.
Returning is too complicated so won’t be returning but won’t be re-ordering again.

Even though some labels are cut out you can tell there from well known shops.

Their published returns policy contains several terms that mislead consumers and unlawfully restrict their statutory rights for distance sales:
Exclusion of Sale Items: Their policy states "SALE items are non returnable." This is a direct breach of the 14-day cooling-off period, which applies to sale goods exactly as it does to full-price goods when purchased online.

Failure to Refund Outbound Delivery: Their policy states "Original shipping charges are non-refundable." Under Regulation 34, the trader must reimburse all payments received from the consumer, including the cost of standard delivery, when a full order is cancelled within the 14-day window.

Hygiene Exemptions (Bedding): The policy states "pillows & duvets are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons." Under the Regulations, these items are only exempt if they have been "unsealed" by the consumer. A blanket ban on all bedding regardless of condition is a misrepresentation of the law.

Requirement for "Approval": The policy implies that a return must be "approved" before it is accepted. Legally, a consumer’s right to cancel is absolute and does not require the trader's permission or approval, provided the 14-day notification window is met.
I believe these terms are used to discourage consumers from exercising their legal rights..

Thank you for your response. While I appreciate the clarification, your stated policies remain in direct conflict with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

​Refusal of Postage Refunds: You stated that delivery costs are not refunded for "change of mind" returns. This is a breach of Regulation 34(2), which explicitly states that a trader must reimburse all payments received, including the cost of standard delivery, when a consumer exercises their right to cancel a distance contract.
​Sale Item Restrictions: You mentioned that highlighting "non-returnable" sale items prior to purchase makes the policy valid. Under UK law, you cannot "contract out" of statutory rights. Regulation 28 lists specific exemptions (bespoke, perishable, etc.), and "sale" or "outlet" items are not among them. Your policy of refusing returns on these items is therefore legally unenforceable for online sales.
