I ordered a pair of swimming goggles for a ‘reduced’ price - £39, which suggests it’s a high-quality product.
Goggles arrived from China a few days later - cheap looking, with no proper packaging or brand name on them. I have contacted the company asking for a way to return the item - got an immediate response from AI customer services - I am now awaiting the instructions for returning the item and getting a refund. I will never use this company again. Dishonest, cheap Chinese products advertised as something else online.
Lesson learned eventually -
these days every advert online has to be thoroughly checked on platforms like Trust Pilot as there are many dishonest companies on internet (I got conned second time this summer).

Do not use this company. Yes you can return items if you want to pay for shipping to China.
I purchased the TiMaxpi metal pans and they stained the first time I used them.

I ordered the "WoofLob" automatic ball launcher from Elite5Choice expecting a device that accepts standard-sized tennis balls for my dog.

When the package arrived, it was a generic factory box labeled "AUTOMATIC BALL LAUNCHER-M" explicitly marked for "Mini Balls." Standard tennis balls do not fit and will damage the launcher.

When I contacted customer support to resolve this seller error, they refused to issue a prepaid return label. Instead, they expected me to pay international shipping out-of-pocket to return the item to a factory address in Yiwu, China, or settle for a tiny partial refund (£25 to £33 on a £169 order).

Misleading product descriptions, generic products shipped directly from China, and terrible return policies for seller mistakes. I had to open a bank dispute to get my money back. Avoid this store.

Really amazing sites, lot of great product

Shocking service! Bought 2 intercom units off them which stopped working after the 2nd use, contacted originally asking for a replacement to be told id have to post them back to CHINA! At my cost! Eventually through a lot of forward abd back agreeed on a refund….. 5 days later they have said no I won’t be getting a refund! Absolute shower!

This company manipulate product information on website to make it appear ta premium brand. Inflate prices excessively and then offer a seemingly fantastic discount. The issue is that they use different cheap product, manipulate the photos on website, and then deliver a completely different brand and model. After searching for the item using the user manual details and seeing the $24.99 price tag, I feel truly frustrated to have paid four times the price listed on Amazon—the seller's own site. They post different photos of the products they sell to prevent customers from realizing too late that they have been scammed.

I am still waiting for a refund for the return shipping costs. The agreement I accepted in the email of July 9th stated that to receive a full refund, I had to send the product to the address provided. They explained that couldn't send a prepaid shipping label because needed the exact weight of the product, so they would refund the shipping cost. I proceeded to send the product, paying $65.20 in shipping costs. Im still waiting the refund of money incurred in return. Send several emails with no anwer.

There must be some legal mechanism to stop these fraudulent practices and hold them accountable. I don't understand how they managed to scam so many people.

I ordered an item from this company believing it was a reputable and based in the UK. The item took ages for the item to arrive and the quality of the item was shockingly poor. Trying to get a refund which is a joke as I have to pay for shipping back to China.

Avoid like the plague!!!

Ordered car vacuum.Product eventually arrived.Differentnproduct arrived.Not even the correct product name on box.Have opted for £5.80 refund on proof of returning to China.Further refund of £53.20 expected when they receive parcel.Will put a further review after I see how this works out.Would not recommend this company

Be very aware that the advertised price is not the final price. We paid $21.18 more for the ordered product than the listed final price showed. It took them about 1.5 months to give us the reason why, and said to contact our bank for the reasons why the extra charge. DON’T BUY FROM HERE, unless you want surprise charges. Customer support is lousy at best!

I have been waiting for a refund for 6 weeks and still nothing, keep getting the same reply that it is being dealt with . I do not have any faith in this company.

Absolute rubbish product. Very cheap looking and more like £20 rather than the £150 paid. Fan is very noisy and not below the decibels stated.

I ordered a product which was not as advertised. The reviews on their website are fake and as a buyer you have no opportunity to submit your own review.
In line with their returns policy I requested to return it and after weeks of silence they replied. They refuse to send me a return label and expect me cover the cost for a tracked package to China.
When ordering it was never made clear that the product is sent from China in the first place.
Obviously they have no interest to refund me and since parcels are only tracked up to the border they’d conveniently claim it never arrived.
I recommend to contact your credit card company for a chargeback if you made the mistake of buying from this company.

Completely a rip off I bought a cooling mat for £40 it took ages to get here, it's a thin material made of nylon actually dangerous for animals it gets red hot, threw it away, it's available on Amazon for £5, avoid this place

Ordered a monocular before I read the reviews so was concerned that I had made a mistake. NOT so, it arrived in a week from China. Very impressed with the quality and price. I was kept up to date with its progress through shipping, customs and delivery. Would have given 5 stars if I had known it was coming from China and would take week to get here.

Have purchased capix mat. Recived fake item with no brand labels and packaging.

Ordered multiple sets of noise cancelling earbuds and I’m still waiting for the item to be delivered after 17 working days- and for some reason I’m unable to contact them! Their contact form just whirrs and whirrs- I’m now thinking the worst ! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Awful company - AVOID! Product shipped from China (no warning/indication at point of purchase). Product was legitimate but useless. I sought a return/refund via email. In spite of numerous follow-ups and promises of providing a return address, none was forthcoming. To save my sanity, I gave up, wrote off the cost (£30) and threw the product away. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The product was not as advertised. It did not do what it promised on website. Customer service is AI, not a person.
Steer clear of this company they are unethical and you will be cheated of your money. No refunds under any circumstances and only a computer to talk to.

I recently read a review on Pickleball paddle and decided to buy the NovaciPik through the link on the webpage provided at elite5choice.com but it seems like it’s a scam. I ordered it about a month ago and I haven’t received anything. When I ask for a refund, the customer service keeps on telling me to wait for 1-2 days but that was 10 days ago. Now, they stop responding to my emails. Please, don’t buy anything from this website. It’s a SCAM.
