Did a great job for us in Greenwich. Solid company, would recommend for anyone considering an elevator, trustworthy, solid all the way around. April who handles a lot, like servicing is amazing. Very good personality, very considerate, really responsive. They do a great job!

Elevator Service installed my elevator 2 years ago, I did not have a service contract. On October 16 2025 the elevator stopped working . My wife and I are 76 years old and use the elevator especially in the morning when we awake and are wobbly, the stairs pose a potential hazard. They came out and got it working again the day after I notified them. When I spoke to the manager Matt he said he would take care of it no charge. Great service!

Our repair experience on March 26, 2925 was excellent.

‘Will’, the expert tech has a great personality and is a very talented guy who was relentless and efficiently solved our mechanical and electrical problems that have puzzled others who failed.

She does exactly what she says she will do, and she responds to calls and emails. The elevator was installed and requires a little bit of service, as well. Our elevator was finally finished today, It appears to be just what we ordered. I have no issue with the elevator or the men who installed it who were all first rate and a pleasure to have in the house. My complaint is with the salespeople who take forever to return calls if, in fact, they do return them. If I was to enter a contract with Elevator Service again, I would insist on timeframes that had to be met with time of the essence and damages if the timing was not met. I started the contract process in October 2023 and the elevator was finished 12/11/24. I have a friend who has had a similar experience. There were delays in removing the existing elevator and scheduling work for the new one. Communications also were sloppy but that was not totally their fault as my construction manager passed away in the middle of the job. However, they knew the facts of his passing and were not great on passing conditions on to me. There is one person who does return calls and does exactly what she says she and the company will do - Kati Lewantoxicz. She was a total pleasure, and I would recommend doing everything through her rather than anyone else at the company.

We had an Elevator Service company for more than 10 years now, servicing our elevator in Greenwich, Ct. Since April Davis joined the company, we had a wonderful experience, and whenever we call and ask for anything. She goes out of her way to help and often goes above and beyond what the job asks her to do for her clients. We highly recommend her and the company. She is a fabulous asset to the Elevator Service company. The company is reliable and very good at what they do. Thank you, April for everything.

We needed a minor problem fixed during our regular six-month maintenance visit so April, who is in charge of setting up service calls, sent us the fabulous Will, who was the original guy who installed our elevator three years ago. He solved our problem and we were back in action again.

The technicians working for Elevator Service Company were excellent in every way. The knew exactly what they were doing and did it well. They were timely, tidy, professional, pleasant and most importantly thoroughly knowledgeable in all aspects of elevator installation. . . from mechanics to building to electric and even the telephone.

We recently built a new home and included a 3 stop elevator in the design. Everyone we worked with at ESC from the design phase through delivery, installation and follow-up service have been very helpful, cooperative and highly competent. Mat worked with us throughout the entire process and Dan and Steve did an outstanding install. We're very happy with the end result and recommend ESC for anyone looking for a residential elevator.

I had the PVE 37 Pneumatic Elevator installed in my house (3 floors) about five years ago. It has functioned well with only a few minor problems. Inspections have been performed twice annually. The technicians did their work thoroughly and were supportive and friendly. I have severe arthritis, and the elevators has made my life much easier.

We were extremely happy with the service provided by Elevator Service Company this last year with the purchase of our personnel residential elevator. From early budgeting info, permitting, pre-order design decisions, and actual installation ESC gave us par excellent full time customer service. Thanks Matt, Steve and Sam. Made my wife and I very happy.
