I recently had new floors installed by Floor Daddy, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. Jed helped guide me through the selection process, and Jeff and his installation team did a fantastic job bringing everything together.

The quality of the work really shows, and the floors look amazing. The crew was professional, efficient, and took great care throughout the installation.

I’m very impressed with the whole experience and would definitely recommend Floor Daddy to anyone looking for new flooring.

Had LVP flooring installed with new painted baseboards and replaced carpeting. Overall, happy with end result—workmanship was excellent. Floors are level and well-cut, seams are tight, transitions look smooth, baseboards neatly painted and installed, and carpet is stretched properly with no visible issues.

That said, last-minute product availability and crew issues caused unexpected delays and frustration. While the company is generally responsive, we experienced no-show incidents with no communication from the company.

A plus: The owner actively reaches out to customers, so we felt confident any issues would be resolved satisfactorily. It’s also important we thank Tracy and Sergio!

Bottom line: Great quality, competitive prices — stay proactive and allow extra time to avoid frustration.

Floor Daddy started out excellent. Very friendly and responsive. Once the carpet was installed my wife and I were very disappointed with the carpet in the aspect that every footprint shows up on it and two of the rooms show the seams. We intentionally went with a lower pile so the carpet would not show the areas that have the most traffic. When selecting the carpet, we told the salesman that we did not want to see this. He stated that the choice we made would accomplish our needs. The salesman came back out and we showed him the issues. He then stated he would check into it and get back to us. After many times of contacting him, we asked if there was someone else we should contact. He stated that he was trying to get in touch with his supervisor, but the supervisor was not responding to him and that we should try. We were not able to contact his supervisor but were able to contact another representative who stated someone will be getting back to us. We have made numerous phone calls and the representative keeps telling us that we will be contacted. However, they are not getting back to us. We keep trying to talk with someone that can help us, but we are not being responded to. When companies want your business, they are very communicative. Where the integrity of the company shows is how they respond if you have and issue and they have your money. I am afraid the integrity of this company is not very good.

Had Floor Daddy come out and install some new flooring for us in early December while we were out of town. They made the entire process incredibly easy from start to finish. Work was completed by the time we got home and looked fantastic. No issues with the floor or any of the work. New baseboards were installed and really help make things pop. Will go with Floor Daddy again if we ever need flooring in the future, and would recommend to anyone. Javier was also great at coordinating and keeping in touch with us to make sure the project was on track.

Floor Daddy did a great job with the installation of our floors. If I had to recommend an improvement, it would be the communication between the installation and demolition teams, and to keep the customer more informed along the way. All ended well, my mother and I are extremely happy with the outcome of our new floors. The newly painted baseboards were an excellent finishing touch!! And Sergio and Jason were very charming. So charming our dog Bella was also very happy!

Great experience having the entire flooring replaced on the bottom half of our home. From the initial sales consultation with Jed to the final walk through with Sergio, it was a great experience! Also the 2 gentleman doing the install were great!

I reached out to Floor Daddy after attending a home show, and I’m so glad I did. The representative I spoke with quickly scheduled a home visit to discuss what I was looking for, go over pricing, and assess the scope of work. When Jed arrived, he was friendly, professional, and best of all, he didn’t use any high-pressure sales tactics. The quality and price were exactly what I wanted, so I signed the contract.

My carpet arrived quickly, and scheduling installation was effortless. Jed provided all the information I needed to prepare and then passed me over me to Javier, who handled the installation process. I was blown away by how easy they made everything. All I had to do was move my electronics and small items. Floor Daddy’s team took care of all the heavy lifting, including tables, chairs, couches, beds, and more. This was a godsend, especially since I had the carpet replaced throughout my entire home and I live alone.

On installation day, the team arrived on time and were both friendly and professional. I hung out in the backyard just in case they needed anything, but they handled everything seamlessly. They completed all five rooms (and closets) in about six hours, put all my furniture back exactly where it belonged, vacuumed, and left the area spotless.

Between the excellent communication, professionalism, warranty, and quality workmanship, you truly won’t find a better flooring company anywhere. I have already recommended Floor Daddy to friends and family, and I’ll continue to recommend them to anyone looking for new floors.
